The Thames View Suite is a bright, airy and spacious room, located on the ground floor of the hotel.
The suite features floor to ceiling windows along two sides, which give beautiful views over the gardens and rugby pitches down to the river Thames. It has a private deck area, ideal for drinks receptions and barbecues, aswell as a hidden bar which can be opened for dinner and celebration events.
For conferences and meetings the suite is fully equipped with data projector, 3 screens and presentation sound system, the maximum capacity is 180 in cabaret layout or for a dinner.

Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation, Lensbury will retain the deposit and reserves the right to levy cancellation charges as follows: 1 – 3 months 25% of total account 1 week – 1 month 50% of total account 48 hours – 1 weeks notice 75% of total account within 48 hours 100% of total account. Lensbury will use its reasonable endeavours to resell the cancelled booking. If successfully resold, Lensbury will reduce the cancellation charge pro rata. 6.2 Cancellation by Lensbury Lensbury may at its sole discretion immediately cancel any booking on service of written notice without incurring any liability as follows: • The booking may prejudice the reputation of Lensbury. • An event for which a booking is made is unlikely to be conducted or organised in a proper or in a suitable manner. • Lensbury receives evidence of any adverse alteration to the Client’s financial situation or the timing or amount of payments due to Lensbury may not be met. • The Client is in arrears of payment due to Lensbury. • Any guests attending the event behave in any way considered to be detrimental, offensive and contrary to normal expected standards of behaviour. • If an event of force majeure occurs.

Enjoyed the stay. Great location, superb pool/gym. Nice bar and breakfast area. Easy free parking. Busy. And lots going on, but easy to find a quiet spot. Sports on TV in the bar...but in a subtle way.

The room was nice and big. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. Only thing was that the pool is away from the main building and also we couldn't use the pool at the time we wanted to as there was an aqua aerobics class. Lovely places to sit and chill near the bar area

We spent our birthday evening here and found the room to be very nice and tidy. What surprised us was the heated floor in the bathroom and the speakers that connects to the TV which were really bonus points. Has nice bottled water (both still and sparking!) in the mini fridge and that was really lovely. Check in was efficient (front desk staff could do with a bit more welcoming and enthusiasm though) and location was great. Very good breakfast with plenty of chives and some cooked to order food too. Has a very nice pool and lovely steam room and sauna (in a separate building to the hotel so you’ll have to walk out to reach but they provide locker and towel). Only downside was we left a message at time of booking to see if some birthday room turndown could be arranged and we didn’t get a response. lovely river side walk after breakfast. You can also use the spa after check out.

Was there for a friends wedding this weekend so can only comment on the pre and post wedding experience The room was poor, tiny and cramped in, there wasn't much space between the bed and dresser I caught my trousers and scratched my leg on the draw knob sticking out as I did see it with the such poor lighting in the room The bed was arched and it felt like I was going to fall off it if I went too close to the edge The curtains don't close properly and with them open there's no net curtains to stop people from the flats next door looking in when you want them open to see while getting dressed and packing away The bathroom door is frosted glass that still lights up the room so taking a nighttime toilet without waking anyone up has to be done with the light off. Come check out I would of thought the reception staff would ask how you night was but didn't so the reason of giving a review on here. Just a side note the wedding party also had complaints with there room and other wedding things
