It is a four star hotel that deserve a 5 star review. Awesome place to stay. The pool and spa is such a great experience. I will definitely come back here. The restaurant staff are the best and their food is awesome! Overall indeed a 5 star experience! Kudos to the management.

Went for afternoon tea. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I had requested a vegan option which was surprisingly good. choice of 3 sandwiches...red pepper pesto (i think!), chilli avacado, and cucumber plus a really good selection of cakes. The only downside was that the sandwiches had clearly been made for a while, so the bread had gone dry in parts. Would still recommend.

1 night stay, hotel was better than expected as some reviews mentioned the hotel needing renovations so we must have been put in a relatively newly renovated room as no issues at all Spa facilities was good, and breakfast was very nice - no cooked breakfast but a small selection of cooked foods available to order. The EV chargers advertised as being available did not work so I had to drive elsewhere to charge at an expensive rate so not impressed on that front. Overall it was a good spa hotel, good value for money.

Beautiful place, loved that there was a resident cat! Issues were that we were in a suite with twin beds and a sofa bed. The latter was very uncomfortable. The other issue was the food in the restaurant. My daughter had a vegan pie. The pastry was clearly uncooked and the filling stodgy and bland. We asked for it to be cooked correctly we had a replacement after the rest of the group had finished their meal. Other meals mediocre at best no

I stayed here for the 2 night spa break for a milestone birthday. The two spa treatments were great and I would return for these. The afternoon tea was nice and I'd be happy to have it again as part of a package. The rest of it was really disappointing - a room on night 1 with a bed so uncomfortable I had to sleep on top of the duvet and use the provided dressing gown as a blanket. The jacuzzi was luke warm on day 1 while the pool was fine, the pool was visibly emptier of water and very cold on day 2 while the jacuzzi was now fine. The fish I ordered for my birthday meal was so undercooked I had to return it to be cooked further (which I hate doing) and was then told by the waitress that the chef was a trainee. If that's the case, don't put a trainee chef on a Friday night dinner service if they don't know how to cook items on the menu, especially something as basic as piece of white fish. The receptionists were friendly and apologetic, they asked me to email them with this feedback and that they would get back to me, which I did and they didn't. So not a good experience all round.
