Olive & June is a warm and inviting Italian restaurant in Austin’s Windsor Road neighbourhood, where tradition meets modern hospitality. Opened in 2012 by chef Shawn Cirkiel and named after his and his wife’s grandmothers, the restaurant celebrates Southern Italian cooking with heart, passion, and a deep respect for fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is as charming as the menu itself, set within a three-story building wrapped around a magnificent 200-year-old oak tree that gives the place its signature touch of Austin magic.

Every detail here is crafted with care. Pasta is made in-house daily up to 12 different kinds creating a menu that feels both comforting and exciting. Guests can expect elegant yet approachable dishes that celebrate the season, with an emphasis on vegetables, handmade pastas, and shareable platters designed to bring people together. Olive & June also boasts Austin’s largest and most diverse collection of Italian wines, Amari, and Grappa, making it a dream for anyone who loves pairing their meal with something special.
