From beginning to end my experience has been phenomenal. Viviana was attentive & quick to respond to all my messages. The photographer was great. Our manager for the evening of the party, Henry, went above & beyond for my family & I. Never said no to me and was incredibly accommodating. The rest of the staff, Esmeralda, Nancy, Brandon, the security guards left my family & I with memories for a lifetime. I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone’s hospitality and making my baby’s sweet 16 absolutely beautiful!

I had the pleasure of attending a wedding at this event space, and I was blown away by its elegance. The place is new and used to be a bank. They left a very cool Vault in the basement!!. The Marble flooring and bar area with granite countertops gave it a luxurious, ambiance. The attention to detail in the decorations and centerpieces was exceptional. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring a seamless experience. I would highly recommend this venue for any special occasion!

Ghetto and trashy save your money , go to a legit catering hall , no coat racks , a bunch thieves of staff members . Offer “packages “ then changing without notice . Staff eating and drinking with out asking or waiting till all guess finish eating at least… for the amount paid for this event your better off going to a country club in westchester with parking .

Paid so much money and it wasn’t worth it. Save your money. The staff ate our food without asking and while working my event. I have no issue feeding the staff but it shouldn’t be help urself to our food. The pictures we gave were the size and format asked for and pictures at baby shower didn’t fit and looked very unprofessional up on screen. Very tacky The men’s bathroom stopped working and interrupted my event with having to call and deal with this. The 360 pictures were horrible and not what was promised. None of them were usable The other Photo Booth stopped working multiple times and they counted that as towards my hour (how it kept malfunctioning). The only way to send to ur device was air drop (not everyone has an I phone) so my guests were disappointed and kept asking for their copy of pics ,which took up more time of my event. They don’t give u enough time to set up before your event so everything was rushed. Mind u there was no other event on the day of my event. The decorations and place settings were already picked out. Why I walk in and see them trying to make the place settings of their choice That also had to be addressed and took time out of my special day. Upon the end of the night guests started to leave but my event wasn’t over , they poured all ice in the only working toilet and I was pregnant and couldn’t use the bathroom. They just aren’t worth all the hype and money. BEWARE
