VENUE ACCESS: Access to the venue begins at the start of your rental time and we require at least one hour of set up and one hour of tear down. EXAMPLE: 1pm-2pm Set Up 2pm-5pm Event Time 5pm-6pm Tear Down **All events must end by 10pm (guests departure) with all vendors and tear down complete by 11pm. RATES: 1/2 Day Rate (6 hours or less): $1200 + $250 cleaning fee = $1450 Full Day Rate (10 hours or less): $2,000 + $250 cleaning fee = $2,250 FOOD + BEVERAGE: You are welcome to self-cater or provide drop-off catering however if a full service caterer is not involved, you will be responsible for trash removal and to tidy up the space to return it to us the way it was given to you. DECOR: No glitter or confetti can be used. All flames must be contained in glass. Nothing can be affixed to the walls (no nails, tape, etc). Only self standing structures may be used unless previously approved by management. Any damages to walls will be charged back to the client. INSURANCE Mandatory Event Insurance to include Host Liquor Liability for BYOB events OR a Liquor License provided by the Caterer. Bar Rules:
