Where to begin! We had a small wedding ceremony but still wanted to celebrate with our closest friends and family, so we were interested in booking Velvet for our party. Phil was so accommodating and easy to work with. Our party was a hit, we had so much fun, the food was amazing and the staff were super friendly and attentive! Highly recommend for any private events, the vibe is amazing for any kind of party.

I held my 40th birthday party in Velvet BK's private back room and it was amazing. The service was excellent with three bartenders, the DJ set was fun, the food selection was solid, and the drinks were great. We had 20 guests, but the space comfortably fits up to 60. We had a great time and I’d definitely come back.

Had a business for years on Broadway in Williamsburg, and Velvet quickly became my go-to lounge of choice. Right next to the legendary Peter Luger's Steak House (not affiliated), Velvet's soft, warm vibe was a welcome addition to a very busy block! Big Bar and seating, little lounge area in the front and surprisingly large event space in the back! Really well thought out space, great drinks made with expertise and care (especially Jesus - my friend in the picture), good food too! Really a great date spot or drinks after work. So comfortable at Velvet, my future son-in-law and I had a great experience discussing future engagement and wedding to my daughter. (I gave him my blessing and my daughter said Yes!), so Velvet will always have a sweet memory for my family! Go and make your own great memories at Velvet!

I had my 40th birthday party in the back room at Velvet and it was AMAZING. From start to finish, Phil and the team were incredible. Phil responded to all my emails and questions so quickly, and took care of everything I needed. The location is beautiful - I didn’t need any decorations because the vibe is so immaculate. Every single staff member I spoke to was so kind, and the service was exceptional. The drinks were top tier. Phil really went above and beyond to make sure things were perfect, even using his own laptop when I didn’t bring the correct cable to run some of the tech I wanted to run during the party. I would gladly throw another event here or stop in anytime for a drink.
