Looking for a unique and distinctive meeting space in Downtown Miami? Our professional rooms provide the perfect setting for team meetings, client presentations, and brainstorming sessions. Each space includes high-speed Wi-Fi, mobile TV monitors or projectors, and white erase boards at no extra charge. Plus, meeting hosts have the flexibility to self-cater or choose their preferred vendor for food and beverages, making it easy to create a seamless and productive experience

A reservation for this space includes exclusive use of the full floor. Our floor plan consists of a large open area set up with round and rectangular team tables, sofas, and a presentation wall. There are 2 private offices along with a training room. A kitchenette area includes counter seating, a sink and a refrigerator that can be utilized during a reservation. Lockers are also available and may be used (locks not included). Exterior views of historic Downtown Miami.

The space also has limited elevator access so meetings or productions are not interrupted. Hosts are given an access card during their stay so they can help their guests come to the floor from the building lobby.

Reservations are being considered which are 45 days or less in advance since the space is available for lease.
