We cannot recommend this studio enough! Once again they have proven to be one of the top studios in NYC for holding auditions, rehearsals, and classes. Most recently, we held callback auditions here for our upcoming show. The staff is incredibly kind and professional. The space is very clean, well lit, and perfectly organized. We're beyond excited for our next booking at Cre8ive!

I come here for martial arts classes. The space is clean, and the staff are helpful and great to work with. A lot of different uses for the spaces and the staff is accomadating.

I rented a space on August 13th and asked a BANCH of times if they can assist me with 30 chairs, will they be inside the studio at my booking time, they said yes. But there were only 10-15 chairs, and I had to go ask for more, count what I already have, waiting for chairs while my event is happening and people are waiting to be seated. Stand for my Mac that I mentioned I need to be prepared was not also there at my booking time. Owners, please please be interested in how your employees are doing calls and customer service. Twice I called there is no “sales person” they said they should call me back once he is there, but no one called me back even in 24 hours, the call was about my future reservations. You are losing money. I called today, asked one question, got the answer and said that I will call back, the answer was OK and hand up from your employee. This is not customer service. I really like your place, and really want to come back, but please solve in. Thank you!

During the reservation process was asked how I would like the room I booked. I get there & the room is nothing like how I asked & is a complete mess. Spent a good 8-10 minutes adjusting room, & of course was rushed out a minute before reservation ended when I should have been given a cushion or extra time. Do yourself a favor & don’t book here
