Event. NYU alumni award ceremony cocktail party in October 2024. Space. Amazing beautiful lighting. Very spacious with two bars. Seating layout was excellent - individual bar tables spaced out correctly as well as lounging areas. Perfect large space for a celebratory event. Food. Wow! Wow! Wow! Sliders, burgers (with tons of meat which is unusual for NYC), also let’s mention that those burgers were cooked to perfection. Seafood, sliced meats. Veggies - asparagus, olives, etc. Deserts - chocolates, cakes, cream puffs, etc. All distributed in abundance throughout the evening. Drinks. 2 separate bars which was smart for a space like that. First bar was larger than the second smaller one. Good variety of alcohol and creative bartenders. Music. Jazz, not too loud, oh, the music! It was a great way to celebrate and network and have a great time altogether.

Attending a work related event at this beautiful venue, Edison Ballroom, right next to the Hotel Edison. CAIPA Heritage Night is using this gorgeous place the 2nd time and the atmosphere is just right and food are good too.

We attended an event here. It's a good setup for small gatherings, but the food was not good. The steaks were barely cooked. Many people did not finish their meal. The dessert was undercooked.

Worst experience ever! I hosted a Gala for a charity and the Director of Sales, Sean Campbell, was impossible to deal with. Completely inflexible. Food was awful and service very slow. Delaying our program. Would NEVER go there again!!!!!

A New Year’s Nightmare I attended what was supposed to be a joyous New Year’s Eve party, but it quickly turned into a disaster. From the moment I walked in, I was met with disappointment. First off, let’s talk about the food. I’ve had better meals at a gas station. The appetizers were stale and seemed like they had been sitting out for hours. The main course was a sad, overcooked mess that tasted like it had been pulled from the back of someone’s fridge. I can’t believe I paid for this! If I wanted to eat rubbery chicken and tasteless vegetables, I would have stayed home. Then, there was the seating arrangement. I don’t know who designed the layout, but it was a nightmare. The tables were crammed together, making it impossible to move without bumping into someone. Not to mention, I was seated next to a group that was clearly having a heated argument, making it hard to enjoy the evening. It felt more like a cheap diner than a celebratory event. And let’s not forget the music. Oh, the music! It was so loud and inappropriate that I could barely hear myself think. Instead of festive tunes to bring in the New Year, we were subjected to a mix of blaring pop songs and some questionable lyrics that had no place at a party. I just wanted to enjoy a nice atmosphere, but instead, I felt like I was at a rowdy nightclub where no one was having fun. Overall, this New Year’s party was a complete letdown. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived, and I can’t believe I wasted my time and money on such a poorly executed event. Save yourself the trouble and find a better way to ring in the New Year!
