Cancellation policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.

Other rules

Respectful Behavior: All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner at all times. Disruptive behavior, or any activities that may disturb neighbors or other guests are strictly prohibited. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the banquet hall or within a certain distance of the entrance. Clean-Up Responsibilities: Time-stamped pictures are required to document the condition of the event space before and after the event. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. This includes disposing of trash in designated bins and returning any furniture or equipment to its original position. Specify any additional cleaning fees that may apply if the space is not left in an orderly condition. Time Restrictions: Clearly communicate the start and end times of the reservation. Please note that all reservations have a strict maximum duration of 5 hours, with 2 AM being the latest allowable end time.

    The Galaxy Hall is a GREAT Event space. It has the amenities needed for functionality; location is surrounded by mass transit(s); price is unbeatable; Staff members assist in setup, then they do cleanup. All day selection, can come in and setup at Your own pace. Capacity is 75! Will be using the Galaxy Hall again. M-Diddy 😎
