Studio 1 at Home Studios Inc. is a 14-foot ceiling loft-style event space in the Flatiron District designed for seated dinners up to 140, theater-style events up to 200, and standing receptions up to 175 guests. Located in Suite 301 of a fully renovated early 20th-century building, the studio combines exposed brick, wood floors, white pillars, and two full walls of East- and South-facing windows for abundant natural light.

The open layout makes it ideal for weddings, corporate receptions, fashion shows, product launches, film shoots, and chef-led culinary events. Two kitchen areas provide added flexibility for catering teams, while the neutral industrial backdrop works for both formal and casual setups.
