Venue Hire at Highwater Rooftop gives you exclusive use of the entire venue, including all terraces, indoor lounges, and bar areas. It is well suited to large private events where you want full privacy and the freedom to use different areas for different parts of your celebration. We had a staff event and rented the full space. Each of the 3 floors has it's own fun vibe, and the music played throughout. We were almost 400 people and we had a great time. The service, starting with the managers, was incredible. They accommodated our every need and went above and beyond to make sure we were well fed. The food was delicious (with their help and recommendations), there was plenty of friendly staff to provide passed appetizers, and the bartenders also went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this venue for an event, or a fun evening with friends.

I just rented out the rooftop at Hotel Chantelle for a private party, and it could not have gone better! The vibe was perfect - beautiful garden, string lights, and a retractable roof to protect from the potential rain that day. Coordinating this was very easy, as their Event Director Kevin was very responsive to emails and very accommodating to my plans. During the actual event, Jacy, their manager, did a great job coordinating everything - helping me set up my music playlist (though you can bring in a DJ as well) and making sure we were aware of how close we were to the minimum spend needed. Finally, the staff was incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. Everything ran smoothly and the bar service was quick. If you’re looking to host a rooftop event that feels effortlessly cool but still well-run, I’d 100% recommend the Hotel Chantelle garden rooftop.

Fun spot for dancing and drinks. The 80s party is my favorite, it's the same DJ that used to be at the iconic Pyramid Club that closed. So happy I found this place!

We arrived towards the earlier end of the night on a Saturday. The dance floor was empty at first but somehow the entire floor was sticky??? It was so sticky my sandals were being pulled off my feet, I had to hold onto others in my group for support. Impossible to really dance like this as you can imagine. This place gets crowded FAST. The music and vibes were pretty good on both floors, and generally was a young crowd. Bathrooms were a mess, with one bathroom having a blown out light and another having vomit in the sink. All in all, its a fine experience if you’re looking for something to do, but I wouldn’t recommend traveling from far just to come here or you’ll be disappointed

As a a women I should feel safe with security. A man shoved & threw garbage at me as I was going down the stairs - I was leaving & I told the security what had happened & they did not kick that man out. They kept saying I know who it is. Ladies be safe & go somewhere else. I would never come here because whoever that man is his comfort was more important than your safety . I left and he wasn’t kicked out.
