I attended an NFT event at Musica, and while I can see how this space might work under the right circumstances, this wasn’t it. The venue itself is a big, empty warehouse — which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It offers flexibility for different types of events, with multiple entrances (great for VIP access), a couple of bars, and a coat check. In the hands of the right organizer, this space could be interesting. Could. Unfortunately, the version I experienced felt more like a missed opportunity. The rooftop terrace, which was prominently featured in the invitation, was closed. Given the venue’s location — midtown, right next to the West Side Highway — I can’t say I was desperate to sip a drink while inhaling exhaust and listening to honking. Still, if you're going to advertise it, it should be open. As for the staff, I’m not sure if they were from the venue or brought in for the night, but they seemed underinformed, underpaid, and completely disengaged. No one knew where anything was or what was happening. It gave the night an “awkward middle school dance” kind of vibe. All in all, this space might work with the right team and the right event — but on this night, it felt like a soulless box with echoey acoustics, and overpriced basic drinks.

I came here on June 1st 2024 to see a house music DJ. I had a lot of fun because the music was great but there are a few things people should know. The bartenders are horrible. Very rude and unfriendly! I asked for a cup of water and the bartender told me they don’t do that but gave me one anyway. That was the only time I got water. For the rest of the night, I had to ask for ice! That’s all they would give me. A water bottle is $9.00!!!! If your on a budget, I would suggest drinking plenty of water before coming here to stay hydrated. Additionally, they advertise themselves as one of the biggest nightclubs but it’s not that big inside. It was an awkward set up too. The first bar you see has a DJ up top, playing for that area and it can get very crowded later on which made it difficult to get to the restroom. Restroom is upstairs so prepare for stairs. Other than that, light show, sound system and of course the music I heard was awesome. I spent $25 for my ticket.

1 star doesn’t do this place justice- it deserves less. The ambience is beyond terrible, nobody is dancing because everything is over priced. A regular beer is $18 so everyone is sober & bored. Not to mention the staff is so so rude & make the experience so miserable you never want to step foot into the establishment before you even get in. Fix it immediately. Y’all SAVE YOUR TIME & $$$ OMGGGG

Im never coming back to this nightclub. I was there on November 30th, 2024 for Meat XXL and the organization was absolutely catastrophic. First we stood in line outside for 45 minutes and then again in line for over an hour for the coat check. The prices for drinks are totally inflated. They charge $12 for a water. The man who works in the bathroom aggressively asked for a tip. The same problem occurred when we wanted to pick up the jackets again at 4:30 a.m. We waited over an hour to get our jackets. It was absolute chaos. They trampled on the jackets.

They need staff from Cielo, Club Vinyl, Le Bain and other house music clubs that KNEW how to treat the patrons. They got the job done, were well respected and there was NEVER any security issues with the patrons. These young staff are always on a power trip instagating and antagonizing the patrons to delibrately start unnecessary commotion. This is NOT your average Inwood, Heights crowd. I really wish there was a replacement club so we can kick Musica to the curb. The space and sound system is the only thing good AND when the DJs play. People go to dance and release but end up getting stressed out before stepping foot inside.
