Cancellation policy

Guests can cancel their booking up to 7 days before the event start time to receive a full refund, including all fees. Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours prior to the event will be eligible for a 50% refund, excluding fees. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.

The staff here us super friendly and not stuck up like some of the other local photo studios. They are VERY helpful. And access to all their light modifiers are included in the rental price, which is always fun as it allows you to explore different subtle lighting options. I'm a fan. 👍 just needs a coffee bar.

One of my favorite places to shoot – they have lovely, well equipped studios. Their office staff is very pleasant and accommodating and they have a refrigerator full of drinks. As a food stylist working on my feet and generally sweating, the drinks are such a nice benefit. I wish every studio would do this.
