Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION: Client acknowledges that the Exclusive Use Areas are being reserved for Client’s Event. Accordingly, if Client cancels the Event, Client shall provide written notice of cancellation to Venue, and Client shall be charged, and shall promptly pay, a Cancellation Fee in accordance with the following schedule: a.) If cancellation occurs more than 120 days prior to the Event Date, Client is responsible for payment of 50% of the Final Contract Price. b.) If cancellation occurs between 45 to 120 days prior to the Event Date, Client is responsible for payment of 75% of the Final Contract Price. c.) If cancellation occurs less than 45 days prior to the Event Date, Client is responsible for payment of 100% of the Final Contract Price

    I photographed a wedding shoot here and was completely blown away. To have a wedding here would be a dream. The are spectacular and would definitely be a wow factor for guests.

    I was looking for a unique event space to hold a very important client event also hosting our executive team from London and the US. I was fortunate enough to find The Glass Houses. I went to visit the venue and it was beyond amazing - floor to ceiling windows and a perfect open space to design your own unique look. The space was immaculate and as a matter of fact they were washing the outside and inside windows and polishing the floor when I visited! (That's a great thing ;) I met with Perry who was beyond AMAZING! He set me up with caterers, AV provider who were also AMAZING (Thomas Preti Caterers and PAV Pro Installations). We needed a special set up for a business meeting /cocktail reception after and in 2 minutes Perry showed me exactly how he could lay it out perfectly. Fast forward to the day of my event - I arrived about 5 hours before the event start and the room was already set-up and Perry's team were waiting for me. In addition Dave from PAV Pro was already set up and waiting for me. My linens and floral were delivered and my catering /staff had just arrived. I can't help using the word AMAZING over and over in this review because when I say I had to worry about nothing for this event it is an understatement. Everything was seamless and perfect an hour before my guests were scheduled to arrive. My guests and executives were so impressed with the venue that they all commented multiple times throughout the night. I looked like a hero and it's all thanks to Perry and his team (and his exceptional vendors).. Thank you Perry for making our event so memorable that people are still talking about it and for making it so easy for me. In closing, I have done Events for many years for a very prestigious company and I will tell you that there is nothing like holding an event at such a professional venue - they take client satisfaction to the next level and this was by far the best and most seamless event I have ever planned. When your thinking about your next event (corporate, personal) nobody does it better! Thank you Perry, Wilson and the rest of the staff for everything ;)

    What a stunning location. Have an event here that starts an hour or two before sunset and you'll win the day with the best views ever. Food was decent, location is easy to get to and super simple to find.

    Awesome event space and Nikki and Diego are wonderful. We had a wedding here on September 7th and everything was perfect! Beautiful, just as we had planned. Thanks to this team, our special day couldn’t been better. And, the views and space is beyond spectacular.
