Honestly, a very nice venue. However, I would never order a drink here. When I got there, I ordered a drink off of the prefix menu as they had $20 cocktails, which wasn't too bad, given that we are in the city. However, when I ordered a cocktail on the menu and ask to take out an ingredient, I was charged seven dollars extra because this was "no longer a signature cocktail". That makes no sense at all whatsoever. If you are going here, I would highly recommend drinking anything you needed to before coming and just enjoying the nice atmosphere and going about your night. $27 for one cocktail mixed with less than top shelf is absurd.

The outside of this place looks like it could be condemned, they tell artists to be there at 6pm then kick them outside till 8pm, on top of that it's way over priced, 350.00 for a bottle of bacardi? That crap isn't even $20 a bottle at the store, and their ada accessible restroom you can't get a compact wheelchair in to it, unless you want to use the toilet with the door open... oh and there's no grab bars I. The restroom either. I give it two stars because it has a nice view.

if i could put 0 stars, i would. emphasis on that. to start, the male security guards aggressively pat you down. then, the same ones will walk on you in the bathroom stalls without knocking, regardless of your gender. the “medic” is incredibly rude and doesn’t actually know how to do her job. finally, they do not let you out to get fresh air, and if you do, you cannot come back in again. the space is cramped and not ventilated enough (or at all) to have these restrictions. this place is full of safety hazards and falling objects. do NOT recommend to ever come here for an enjoyable night. if you want to be surrounded by hostility and rudeness, then i guess this is the place to be.

Barley leave reviews but if I could give this place 0 stars i would - Security was rude and disrespectful, no AC in 90 degree weather and only two bartenders for the entire venue taking 30 minutes to get one drink. Overpriced and would not recommend at all!

I would not recommend anyone spend not one dollar at this location. Not only are the staff and security super rude, but management and ownership are far worse. I left a deposit for my event, upon meeting my minimum. The bar staff could not keep up with my crowd and it took forever to receive drinks, meanwhile I spoke to the events coordinator AB who assured me that I will have more than enough staff. Clearly they were understaffed. The couches are dirty and have holes in them, the floors are scuffs and scratched up. The bathrooms are dirty and the doors barely close. They also use one of the bathrooms to hold their mops and as a storage unit, Which made the line longer. The bathroom attendant was very apologetic and tried their best. I also was informed by some of my guests that security was charging them a fee to get in. Very unprofessional. When I wanted to speak to management, I saw that she was enjoying some drinks and seemed intoxicated already. I have never been more disappointment and felt like I was robbed of my money. Also when it came time to ask if I met the minimum, they kept giving the runaround, but finally after insisting that I will not leave until I see how much the bar rang, I was finally shown and I more then met the minimum. When I asked when will I receive my deposit, they told me that our policy is to not refund deposits. Something that was never ever discussed. This was just a hold, so that I meet the minimum. Luckily my credit card company is very good at having my back. Please do not have your event with these people. They are not on the same page and misrepresent the venue dramatically and make you feel like you have literally been robbed. I will never step foot into this venue again and a lot of my guests sent me so many complaints, that I'm so humiliated....
