CANCELLATION 19.1 Bookings cancelled at least 1 month prior to the private hire date are 75% refundable. 19.2 Bookings cancelled at least 2 weeks prior are 50% refundable. 19.3 Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event are non-refundable. 19.4 Any items not normally stocked by Townhouse or ordered bespoke for the event are non-refundable.
