I ordered 1oz of their white truffles. The shipment that arrived was only half of what I ordered. I called their support number and they more than made up for the difference with a second shipment, which arrived the very next day. A great company steps up when things don't go well and that's what these folks did. They've earned my business. By the way, the truffles were amazing! So good. My entire kitchen smells like truffles.

Thank Urbani Truffles for making our New Years dinner amazing! We ordered white truffles and frozen porcini mushrooms. The packing was superb. Everything arrived in great condition and the mushrooms were still frozen on dry ice the next day when they arrived. The way the mushrooms were packing in a single flat layer made it easy to remove only the small portion we needed for the meal without damaging them. We made an appetizer of polenta topped with sautéed porcini then a main course of Tagliolini pasta with white truffles shaved on top! Sublime, wonderful and memorable! I just love the delicate flavor of fresh white truffles. Thanks again!

Best experience ever purchasing with their staff Maria. Loved her thorough explanation for me, a beginner truffle enthusiast, and showed me fresh truffles in the back. Btw the this freezer bag is so cute. Highly recommended going here and look for Maria🥰

Cardboard tastes better than the “fresh” Black truffles. I bought 2 ounces of black summer truffles as a gift for my partner and I’m so sorry I trusted this company. They arrived hard as a rock and completely flavorless. We used them the same day, just hours after receiving, so it’s not like we did not store them properly. We.tried shaving them on a simple pasta and grating over an asparagus soup and they were just awful. I sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction and received no reply, which prompted me to write this review.I guess they don’t care about repeat customers or customer satisfaction. I have over 30 years of commercial food service experience, and never met a worse truffle. Don’t shop at this merchant
