Great venue. Layout, ease of admission/exit, sound, atmosphere, even temperature. They do a great job making an I intimate show feel huge and vice versa.

Always a good time at Webster hall. A great concert venue — was recently there to see Travis! Also used to go here for those 18+ parties back in my college days. Definitely nostalgic 😆

Pretty decent venue. Lots of room. Stage set up is nice, and the sound is really good. We went for a show in May and it was hot AF in there. Had me sweating bullets the entire show. Especially after having to go to the 3rd floor for the bathroom. Would've loved a little air flow. We ended up leaving before set break. The staff was great.

Saw George clantson and Meggy Gemma good shooooow fun well layout venue plenty of bars which means no waiting around like a bozo. The bathroom was undersize though. They could make it bigger or not idk. Here's a video from the show see below.

. Entered Webster hall for a battle about 45-50 before closing. I happily asked the lady at the door if there were any tickets left for sale. She aggressively told me no. As I took two seconds to gather myself, once again she aggressively spoke to me and told me to step out. Which I did, I stepped 3 feet outside onto the platform of the entrance. There, I stood for about 10 to 15 minutes because I was waiting for a friend who was inside the building. Two other people arrived and inquired about tickets as well, and were told that they were able to purchase them at the door. I am disappointed at the manner in which I was spoken to and disappointed at the clarity from the associates who work the door as to if tickets were available or not. A Business such as Webster Hall needs to have associates who have basic mannerism, Courtesy & clarity
