Senza Maeso tasting room and bar is a one-of-a-kind space that is perfect for smaller or larger gatherings.
The interior of the bar has been tastefully decorated in an art deco, meets science fiction style with lots of unique art and features that make you feel transported to a different time.
The interior bar seats 20 people and the exterior patio area can easily accommodate 200-300 people.
The bar is perfect for all types of parties (engagement/wedding, holiday, themed, dinner), as well as a film location, listening room, exclusive concerts and performances.

Great experience!! I love the atmosphere here. Even the patrons are amazing. Truly the friendliest bunch you will ever meet. It’s off the road kind of a remote spot. So worth the detour. I had a non alcoholic drink called Infinite Blush. My adult son had a Senza Old Fashioned and a Visions of Mezcal. So good!

Do yourself a favor and come visit this place. It's very unassuming from the outside but you'll be glad you stepped inside and ordered yourself one of their amazing drinks. This place is small, beautiful, and amazing!

Love this place! It is a hidden gem. If they didn't start to have karaoke on Mondays there, I would have never know they exist. Shout out to Fernando and Ryan for being great hosts and hooking me up with some amazing drinks. They have food trucks out there and the food is phenomenal! Did I mention they have karaoke on Mondays there! So cute so quaint!

We were in Wimberley for an early 4th of July vacation and after a dip at Blue Hole we stopped by Senza Maeso...and we are so glad we did! Every cocktail we had was a banger, from taste to presentation. I didn't get our bartender's name but she was amazing, and everyone there was super friendly! Whoever designed the bar has a great sense of style. I had to get a few bottles of Senza Maeso to take home - one for us and one for our neighbors!

This was my first visit after driving by a few times over the last few months. We were so surprised with everything from the moment we stepped in until we left. Every member of the staff was friendly and very happy to walk through the Senza and Vodka that are brewed in house. The bar area itself was decorated with the most beautiful stained glass and the greens and gold accents on the walls made every sight visually appealing. We tried a few drinks including the Visions of Mezcal, the Senza Smoked Paloma, the Martini, the Nini’s Beanies Martini, and the Moscow Mule. Both of the home brewed alcohols were amazing by themselves and complimented the cocktails amazingly. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in San Marcos and definitely will have to stock up on some bottles!
