March 2024Only stopped in to meet a colleague for coffee because it is very convenient being on an M25 junction. Easy to park but you need to register yor registration to avoid parking charges. Staff couldn't have been more helpful.

May 2024Visited here for a work meeting and have to say the hotel itself looks very nice. Parking is easy and accessible. The food was nice, but as I don't eat halal meat I passed on the meat dishes on offer at the time I'm assuming work had picked. The room we were in was clean tidy and spacious enough for us and staff upon arrival were friendly and helpful enough.

April 2024- The reception staff were lovely and friendly - The fridge in the Leverton Suite was filthy and not cold enough to be considered a fridge. There were also food and trays left on the floor outside the room on arrival (at 8pm??) So housekeeping clearly hadn't been round. - The room was comfortable and I had a restful sleep. - The bathroom was very clean with nice soap and amenities. - Restaurant staff were quite unnerving and the food took exceptionally long to arrive.

April 2024This is an Excellent 3 star hotel. Clean and comfortable and 10 minutes from everywhere I needed to be. Breakfast buffet was extensive and good value but I don't particularly enjoy fetching my own orange juice, coffee, food, toast, butter, etc because it goes cold before I have finished collecting all the breakfast items. Note to fellow Americans, teeny tiny showers are not good so if you need a proper shower you will be grouchy.

March 2024I booked a room accidentally for the wrong date. I tried multiple times to ring the hotel and explain that I did want to stay there but I got the date wrong. The hotel refused to move my booking so I lost out on over £100. It was very obvious that I wasn’t going to check in as the booking was made at 10pm for that night. I rang the hotel within 10 minutes so inform them but they were still very unhelpful. As the booking was made through Trip I understand that they were unable to amend this but even when Trip contacted the hotel directly they were still unhelpful and refused to move my booking. All I wanted was to amend my booking so that I didn’t lose out on £115. Considering this is a hotel part of the Marriott group this is really disappointing.
