Holiday Inn London Watford Junction, The Vicarage

Great hotel, we had a 2 year old and everyone was lovely. Room was amazing and breakfast was delicious. Big thanks to Cy who was great with our toddler/Us during breakfast. Made our toddler a Mickey mouse pancake which he loved. Will come back again

Loved my experience here. Beautiful decor, the room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was delicious. I went for a work event and used one the meeting rooms and honestly the set up was seamless. Absolutely brilliant! The service here is top tier. Everyone is so friendly and accepting. Asad was amazing and was there answer all my questions. Nothing was too much for him which makes it so much nicer staying somewhere you dont know. And as for David, he was an absolute star. He made the best coffee and we had some lovely chats. I wish I knew everyone's names but every member of staff on that premises are absolute assets to holiday Inn franchise. I will love to go back, if im ever in watford again! This is a really nice hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay here. They even called us to let us know that our hotel room door wasn't closed fully when we had no idea. I only have two complaints about this hotel. One, when we attempted to order room service, the phone rang forever and no one ever picked it up. Then we called the front desk and they picked up and said they would call us right back and never did. We skipped dinner that night because we were too tired to make the trek back downstairs and order food. Number two, when we turned on the shower to get it heated up, the shower head was facing the glass wall. That glass wall leaked all over the floor. Overall, I would stay here again. It's less than a 2 minute walk from the Watford station and very nice.
