April 2024Thomas was an amazing host. Not only did he make us feel welcome but he attended to anything we needed and just in general was an all round good guy. He was interested in making sure we had a good stay and genuinely cared. Would highly recommend and think he needs a pay rise!

June 2024I had an exceptional stay at the Holiday Inn in Watford Junction. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it perfect for business or leisure. My room was clean, comfortable, and wonderfully equipped, featuring a great shower and all the amenities ! needed. A highlight was the breakfast service provided by Afsan. She was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring our morning started off wonderfully. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, and the dining area was inviting. Overall, thanks to the excellent staff, my experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

June 2024A great IHG hotel in a great location for visiting London. On this occasion I used as a base for attending Wembley on the Saturday and London Stadium on the Sunday. Staff very pleasant and booking in process easy. Reasonably priced car park attached to the hotel although externally managed discount given if staying at the hotel.

May 2024We had an excellent dinner at the Holiday Inn restaurant. The service and staff were outstanding. Afsana, in particular, was wonderful. Her welcoming smile and attentiveness made us feel exceptionally comfortable. Highly recommended. :)
