Regus Express Northampton Watford Gap Services, 78 Derngate

Visited Watford Gap Costa Coffee Southbound on the 26th August 2026. I received exceptional service as well as brilliant drink quality, i have never visited a store with staff this well organised and attentive. I managed to catch the names of 3 staff members who were particularly helpful. Alex, Milly and Hannah. 5 stars all around, couldn’t recommend this store more to anyone stopping for a coffee break!!!!

Lucy was really helpful and friendly at Garden Square Deli. We had a very enjoyable lunch and break. On the whole a good experience in the seating area, but the furniture could do with a bit of an overhaul as the number of split seats was too many to count. The toilets are looking very tired and run down, but I suppose the revenue lost while taking time to overhaul the building would be too much.

What makes it special is Chaiiwala — a brilliant addition for authentic Karak chai and halal street food you rarely see on motorways. Whether you want burgers, coffee, healthy food, pasta, noodles or something more flavoursome, it’s all here. Clean, convenient, reliable — just watch out for peak crowds. 💡 💡 Top Tip If you are on the Southbound side and want to use any facilities or outlets located on the Northbound side, you can park and walk across the footbridge over the motorway to get there conveniently.
