January 2024had a long week-end here in the suite and i could not fault it - rooms lovely - very quiet - room decorated nice - super king bed so comfortable - staff were helpful and did everything they could for our break. view from the windows onto the balcony was great - tried to book again but at the moment it is booked for the dates we wanted however will definitely be back in the summer lh

February 2024The room we were in had a great view. Would have been nicer if the window was cleaned. No microwave, Fridge or safe. The room itself could do with some updating but we had a great time and the staff were very helpful. Ben was especially great at helping us with an issue in our room. This is a great location for seeing a show at the Cliffs or a walk out to the pier or shopping. All can be done on foot. We never used our car once while there and walked everywhere.

February 2024Stayed here for work, the room was very basic, compact and dated. Some serious mould in the tile grout and the shower head leaked water out the sides. There was no hot water for a shower after I’d finished work, I tried to use the phone to contact reception, it wasn’t connected, ended up phoning through on my mobile. Woke up in the night shivering the room was so cold, and then was woken again by the brewery delivery at 7am slamming kegs down on the footpath after a long night shift. All the staff were perfectly pleasant but the decor and atmosphere makes me think of Fawlty Towers and not in a good way.
