May 2024Absolutely seamless stay in a truly 5 star ++ We made use of the spa and the coffee/bar area. Every service and facility wow'd us!!! The staff were always attentive with warm greeting thank you Rod and Agnes(front reception). Nothing was ever a problem recommended treatments and advised to see the wonderful grounds outside the Spa. Overall, we felt that with the tasty breakfast buffet and lunch menu was great value as returning guests received a promotional price from the previous visit in February. March 2024Had a fantastic stay at Champneys Tring. This is my second time staying at the resort and it most definitely did not disappoint. There has been a 110% improvement in breakfast since my last stay, the new omelette station is a delicious new addition to the wide breakfast range already included. Service at reception was immaculate as well. Rod, the guy who checked us in was great. Will definitely be staying again.

June 2024Spa day 5* Lovely setting, facilities and staff! We didn't get our welcome drink and snacks or a tour, as mentioned in our booking. It wasn't easy to find everything so a tour would have helped. Great buffet lunch - dips, salads, soup, mains and puddings.

May 2024Honestly don't know where the comments about the food have come from as the 3 course dinner was excellent and yes there was a supplement for steak but that is normal, there was plenty to choose that you done have to pay for. Breakfast and lunch great help yourself range with the only downside a toaster that would not toast even after 2 rounds in it. I would agree towels are a major issue and need sorting buy probably buying another 200 towels! Overcrowding is caused by the night before can stay until 4pm you can book in at 2pm and of course day visitors and members as well, there is no actual monitoring of who there and when you leave. Overall great value for what we paid and the only downside was the rain which stop us using outside.

June 2024Beautiful grounds and good Spa facilities. Dinner was alright, the main was not very nice, breakfast was good, bedroom was old. It was very dirty under the bed. I would not stay there again but I may go back to use the Spa facilities. The staff were OK, could be more welcoming. The younger staff were lovely. It was a very mixed experience. The site needs to be updated. I don't think it's good value for money.
