June 2024Hotel room was nice and clean, I upgraded to executive room, just to see what you get, I'm pleased I did. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was fully stocked at all times. Room nice and quiet, well located near train station. Overall I was very impressed.

May 20241 night stay at Novotel. Room was perfect and the children really enjoyed their stay. The hotel was very busy for breakfast but staff were still able to manage all expectations and were very helpful. As we have family in the Wolves area this location is ideal for us.

November 2018Great place to stay and nice staff.always greeted with a smile.I forgot to register my car with car park scheme a day late and was fined at a later date through the post.i contacted the hotel and explained I'd stayed the previous night and was only a mistake. The hotel then took responsibility to contact the car park company and squash my fine and deal with the issue which was resolved very quickly..which I'm very thankful for

May 2024I stayed overnight whilst away on business. I was able to park with ease on arrival. The hotel was clean and tidy both externally and internally and there was a friendly welcome at reception. My allocated room was clean and decorated to a good standard. I had evening meal of Goat Curry in the restaurant which was excellent. I didn't notice any real road noise and my room was close to the main road. I slept well and had an easy check-out the following morning.

December 2018I have been staying in this hotel during many visits to Wolverhampton. It is a good business hotel with comfy rooms. The restaurant and bar area has been renovated recently and looks good. The breakfast spread is good and typically English. The food menu is Ok but limited and can do with some more variety. Amenities like gym, swimming pool are lacking. However, this is one of the best option available for a business travel.

January 2019Nice clean room. Large king bed (not 2 singles like most this price). Large enough room. Quiet. Tea, coffee facilities, safe and fridge in room. Easy check in. HD TV. Large desk for work. Overall happy.

May 2024Parking was so easy and the location perfect, central to all amenities. The room was tidy but not as clean, cups provided for hot beverages were dirty, stains on carpets, stains on the mattress protector used to cover the sofa bed. The sleeping arrangements provided for an infant and toddle to sleep on were inadequate. I requested for cot beds for our children and they were not provided, this was addressed with the gentleman covering the reception at night of whom had a very nonchalant attitude about the matter and reluctant to even help. When I asked him about the requested cot beds at the time of reservation, he informed me that he doesn’t know what a cot bed. The breakfast was great, the hospitality from the staff was amazing except for the night time receptionist. The manager was amazing and altered our check out time to compensate for the inconvenience caused. However, the key card never worked after mid-day so when my partner took the kids out to allow me to get some rest, my sleep was disturbed as I had to open the door upon their return. Housekeeping never attended to our room during our stay. There was no safe in the room or telephone which was contrary to what was advertised on the website at the time of booking. So we had to take our valuable items with us. In my opinion the hotel is overpriced and the rooms need revamping. The hotel is not suitable for young families at all.
