Cancellation policy

1. For events where the minimum number is greater than 50 or the value of the reserved booking is greater than £1500, the following cancellation terms shall apply: (a) For cancellations made in writing more than 90 days prior to the date of the event there will be no cancellation charge. (b) Cancellations made in writing and received by the hotel between 60 and 90 days prior to the date of the event are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% on all agreed rates and requirements. (c) Cancellations made in writing and received by the hotel between 0 and 59 days prior to the date of the event are subject to a cancellation charge of 90% on all agreed rates and requirements. 2. For events other than those referred to above the following cancellation terms shall apply: (a) For cancellations made in writing and received by the hotel more than 60 days prior to the event there will be no cancellation charge. (b) Cancellations made in writing and received by the hotel between 30 and 60 days prior to the date of the event will be subject to a cancellation charge of 25% on all agreed rates and requirements. (c) Cancellations made in writing and received by the hotel between 15 and 29 days prior to the date of the event will be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% on all agreed rates and requirements. (d) Cancellations made in writing and received by the hotel within 14 days of the date of the event will be subject to a cancellation charge of 90% on all agreed rates and requirements. (e) Cancellations made in writing and received by the hotel less than 48hrs before the event will be subject to a cancellation charge of 100% on all agreed rates and requirements. 3. Any reduction in numbers below the minimum numbers identified on the contract will be charged as though it is a cancellation. Any reduction in the length of a booking will also be treated as a cancellation.

    The hotel is in a prime location, the rooms are clean, tidy with everything you need. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helped us with every need. The food is great and a reasonably priced and the breakfast is second to none. If I'm visiting this area again I will definitely stay here again.

    Service excellent. Lunch service quiet but prompt and good. Always someone on reception. Well located about 10 mins to city centre. Room nice, water constantly hot, plenty of towels. WiFi fast and simple to connect - no signing up with email as hotels usually require. Really impressed. Seems better clientele than Premier Inn even their Premier Plus rooms do not compare.

    It's a fresh, clean inviting hotel. Best of all they welcomed my dog. Breakfast was also really nice with varied options. We had no issues during our stay. We will be back again.

    Great place to stay and nice staff.always greeted with a smile.I forgot to register my car with car park scheme a day late and was fined at a later date through the post.i contacted the hotel and explained I'd stayed the previous night and was only a mistake. The hotel then took responsibility to contact the car park company and squash my fine and deal with the issue which was resolved very quickly..which I'm very thankful for

    We regularly stay at The Novotel in Wolverhampton as it’s a good base to visit family in the area. We book a family room and find it’s a good size for 2 adults and a child, with a decent size second bed instead of the terrible sofa beds we've experience in other hotels. The rooms are clean, well equipped and we particularly like the mini fridge provided in the rooms - Every hotel should have these. The toilet separate from the bathroom is a good idea when you are a family too. The bar area is well presented and comfortable, a nice place to enjoy drinks and meals. The breakfast is well worth the money with a huge variety of foods on offer. The only tiny grumble we have is on occasion the breakfast staff have been rather surly. Also, we find paying for parking at hotels that have a car park rather annoying, but this doesn’t mar our stay. On the whole, we very much enjoy our stays at The Novotel Wolverhampton and we will be returning very soon!

    Stopped here on Sat 27th Jan Exceeded expectations, nice modern hotel with really comfy beds. Had a decent evening meal and a great breakfast (plenty of choice) Got to say the staff were excellent 👌 If stopping on a weekend id ask for a room at the back of the hotel as music from a function at the hotel could be heard in my room (front of hotel) but did stop around 2330hrs (the function itself had no impact on the hotel bar&restaurant) For the price its fantastic value for money

    Nice clean room. Large king bed (not 2 singles like most this price). Large enough room. Quiet. Tea, coffee facilities, safe and fridge in room. Easy check in. HD TV. Large desk for work. Overall happy.

    I have been staying in this hotel during many visits to Wolverhampton. It is a good business hotel with comfy rooms. The restaurant and bar area has been renovated recently and looks good. The breakfast spread is good and typically English. The food menu is Ok but limited and can do with some more variety. Amenities like gym, swimming pool are lacking. However, this is one of the best option available for a business travel.
