Superb hotel to stay at before a flight. Everything about this was brilliant. The room was very spacious and clean. It was surprisingly quiet despite how busy this was at the time of staying. Front of house desk was very polite and efficient. The hotel smells lovely and clean, very welcoming! The bed was super comfy and the towels were nice and soft. The tea and coffee making facilities were good. The evening meal was nice but my favourite was breakfast! There were a beautiful selection of food, especially fresh fruit and I loved the smoked salmon. The morning staff was so punctual and helpful. They dashed around with a smile on their face which was pleasant to see. The dining area is very spacious and you did not feel like you was sat too close to others. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again.

The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great views out of the window over Manchester airport. What let the hotel down was the restaurant; it was the only restaurant available on the whole Manchester airport site at the time - the chicken dish I ordered was unimaginative; two pieces of dry chicken and some dry salad. I ordered a martini and it arrived with a wet glass. Staff were very friendly throughout though - would give it another go as the location between the terminals was ideal.

Cancelled the booking with a week to go before our holiday. Would recommend you book a more reliable holiday if your trip is important to you. No assistance in finding anywhere else or compensation for the extra cost incurred as a result, booking was made over 6 months prior with them.

Love this hotel, we stayed here after arriving from Cyprus. I was surprised that they were not practicing social distancing, and absolutely no one was wearing face masks. When I enquired I was told that it wasn't government policy any more. Will still use this hotel in the future.

Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean. Staff can't do enough to help, food amazing, breakfast to die for. Thank you to everyone for looking after us especially Andreea and her team at Breakfast, we will be back.
