London's ‘best new spot for culture’ according to Time Out, Woolwich Works opened in 2021 and is the perfect marriage of heritage and modern design.

Both historic and contemporary, grand and intimate: Woolwich Works boasts a series of newly restored, Grade II and II* listed buildings. The spaces retain many of their beautiful historic features but being a brand new restoration, they are also equipped with sleek modern touches and every state-of-the-art technical necessity.

With stunning views over the river, a bright, airy atmosphere throughout, and the ability to combine indoor and outdoor space, our flexible spaces are perfect for conferences, product launches, immersive experiences, away days, meetings, wedding receptions, parties and much more.

Our Grade II listed building surrounds a beautiful, sunny courtyard, which makes a great edition for outdoor catering, summer parties, and big festivals.

The windows of the Workers' Bar and Fireworks Factory open back directly into the Courtyard, to give a great indoor/outdoor feel to larger events.

From June - Sept we also have a shipping container bar and sand beach, so you and your guests can sit back sipping cocktails in our colourful deck chairs.

Wouldn’t order a pint, or a coffee. Sausage rolls are good though. Good events put on by external companies but the cafe itself is pretty poor. In fairness to the staff none of them are baristas and they aren’t given training on what they sell. You’ll be pointing to the name of the spirit or drink you want on the menu then to the shelf or fridge it’s in. The above pint took about 5 minutes to pour and that was the best I was getting. Even an acknowledgment that it wasn’t up to standard from the guy and I felt bad for him. Under trained staff let down by whoever is managing it.
