Beautiful hote with lovely grounds to explore. The service was great, staff are really friendly and reception staff made my kids feel very welcome with free kids packs and warm cookies for all. It's a very child friendly hotel, very spacious and the breakfast buffet was fab. Will definitely return again.

Stayed here visiting family. Room was spotless, bedding very fresh and a good night sleep. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing to much trouble. This hotel is beautiful, the buffet breakfast doesn't do it justice, should have table service as an option for those of us who don't want to keep getting up and down fetching and carrying food & drinks, maybe a speciality menu, salmon and advacardo X The.down side, in the conservatory, some of the dining chairs are to low to eat your food, so sat on a high table with high chairs, difficult for some of us to climb up on, manage should try them out. All of my option of course, I would totally recommend the hotel.

Hotel has some issues with technology and printing so check in was a little slow. However Nathan was lovely. He informed us that due to half term the hotel was a little busier , which we expected anyway. Where to find all the facilities in the hotel and made a booking for us for dinner as it was advised to book in advance. Our room was lovely, overlooking the gardens and rather spacious. The hotel location was a good choice for us to get in and out of Windsor.

We went for a girlie spa day on a Saturday. The pool was full of kids all jumping shouting and screaming and shooting each other with water pistols. If your looking for a chilled spa trip then this isn't the place for you. Especially on a weekend during half term. The neck back and shoulder massage was amazing. Highly recommend. We also had afternoon tea. Service was really slow but it looked like there was only one poor man working on his own serving everyone. The afternoon tea itself was pretty average although the macaroons were tasty. It was a cheap deal and you definitely get what you pay for. The treatment rooms are a converted hotel bedroom... ours still had the beds headboard attached to the wall. Didn't feel very spa like
