An excellent convenient hotel , provides great customer service at v reasonable rates. Some rooms can be a little ‘tired’ but they are constantly improving and upgrading. Hotel is always clean , food is generally very good and a general welcoming and relaxing experience all round.

The room was good size and quiet. Didn't like the fact the door was not sealed. So very easy to hear people outside taking etc. The bathroom was good sized shower. Overall good room. The cleaniness was good but noticed some areas that could be improved. Breakfast was satisfactory the 15£.

2night stay for an ascot visit for birthday celebration. Bad management of room location. Lots of young families and people with dogs, along with functions in the hotel meant the noise was immense and continued all night. We were allocated a room on the ground floor number 125, the kids used the corridor as a play area as parents used the bar. There were Domestic arguments at 0230 am people threatening the police. 125 is the first room on this corridor it gets all the passing traffic so once the kids are in bed you get the people leaving the function early hours of the morning all in all a terrible stay due to lack of sleep. The rooms are actually OK, could do with better attention to cleaning as some cobwebs but in general it is clean. They need to invest in sound proofing the rooms and better training / management of room allocation. We tried lunch on our first day which was poor and overpriced for what we received but breakfast was decent. There is a nice pub just 5 minutes walk from the hotel I would recommend eating here rather than the hotel. Easy access to Ascot 20 mins uber cost £20 each way. So if you decide to stay here - eat elsewhere and request a quiet room / high floor.
