Our gazebo is positioned in our beautiful landscape gardens set for the perfect backdrop for capturing memories of your special day. The Hollingbourne is south facing with beautiful panoramic views over our gardens with its own private bar. If you want a smaller affair, our Park View Suite is the perfect setting for that elegant intimate wedding. Welcome your delegates with tea & coffee in our conference foyer before hosting your meeting in our popular Park View Suite. Located within our conference centre of the hotel and based on the ground floor, this bright and atmospheric suite has grand windows over-looking the hotels grounds and can comfortably seat 100 people in a theatre layout, making it the ideal venue for your meeting. This is also the perfect room for smaller private parties and life events, the room features its own private bar.

    Brilliant stay, Nina who worked at reception checked us in and couldn’t be any more helpful if she tried. We needed to arrive a little early to set up and Nina and her colleagues who prepare rooms went above and beyond!!! Nina was really patient, friendly and very bubbly!! Our room was incredibly clean, and surprising large! Really friendly staff in all area’s. The bar staff were good fun. The ladies who helped set up the table in the heart of Kent room were fantastic!! I would recommend having your event here.

    Lovely stay as usual at the Mercure. The hotel was spotless and the grounds are amazing. Good selection for breakfast and fully stocked. Swimming pool was kept clean. All the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. One small issue was being charged for soda water - some staff charged and others didn’t.

    First class customer service from Nina again! Nice to see she has had a promotion! Very deserved other guests were commenting on how fabulous she was! Special mention to Iveta as well very friendly and efficient! Hold on to these 2! Steve the man was a great addition! Can't wait to come back

    We had a very nice afternoon tea here. It was really busy, with several large groups, but there was still no delay in being served. The staff were friendly and efficient. The afternoon tea is one of the few we've had that isn't extortionately priced.

    Stayed for one night, the hotel is in pretty grounds and has great facilities. Unfortunately, the room above the outdoor seating area saw lots of noise going on past 10pm which having an early start was the time I wanted to sleep. There is also a lot of door banging from bedrooms in the corridor. This disturbed the sleep part of my stay. Breakfast has good choices, staff are friendly.
