Surrounded by 26 acres adjacent to Leeds Castle, whether you are planning a civil ceremony, traditional church service or civil partnership, we have something for everyone.
Our wedding packages have been designed to cater for a variety of function styles, personal tastes and packages to suit every budget. Whether you are thinking of an intimate gathering for under 30 guests, or a more extravagant affair, we look after every detail. We offer the Bride and Groom a complimentary standard guest bedroom with breakfast included to make your stay even more special.
We offer a selection of four room choices in which to say your vows. The Heart of Kent Suite has its own private entrance and reception area, with lavish refurbishments which can be viewed in all their elegance on our website, Twitter or Facebook accounts. Our gazebo is positioned in our beautiful landscape gardens set for the perfect backdrop for capturing memories of your special day. The Hollingbourne is south facing with beautiful panoramic views over our gardens with its own private bar. If you want a smaller affair, our Park View Suite is the perfect setting for that elegant intimate wedding. Amazing hotel, much much better than Travelodge and Premier. Went to a wedding party here too and the service from the bartender Susie was very friendly, easy to talk to and welcoming. Would definitely recommend 👍😋. Also rooms are way way cheaper than other main stream hotels.

I have given 5-stars, not because the hotel is exceptional, but because it is exactly what I expected. Yes, the decor is a bit tired and out of the 70’s; the decent gym and pool are not swanky; there is single glazing, so it’s drafty and a bit noisy … it’s exactly what other people’s reviews said! So I booked it knowing all of these things! The staff are great, the location is handy and the price was reasonable!

Stayed here recently whilst travelling for work. Although the room was a bit tired and in need of modernisation the service more than made up for it. Nothing was too much trouble. Nina was extremely helpful and professional. Would definitely stay again

We held a network meeting at the Mercure Great Danes and were over subscribed for the meeting. The staff were quick to provide more seating and helped make the meeting flawless. A big thank you to Jane, Claire, Grace and Caitlin for their wonderful friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble a great venue made even better with efficient and friendly staff. Big thank you we look forward to coming back soon.
