Vita is a Cafe and multi floor studio space. Our studios are used for hosting workshops, socials and parties, as well as fitness and wellness classes. We provide unique catering and experiences tailored to any theme, occasion or crowd. In the past we have hosted brand and product launches, women's circles, workshops, parties and much more. We've hosted for a diverse range of groups, from large brands such as Nike to small businesses to birthday parties. Our more niche offerings include reformer pilates, yoga, dance, and meditation classes. Host your events in our one or multiple of our studio spaces, all with tons of natural light.
On our top floor the Light loft is a welcoming room that is ideal for workshops, team away days, puppy and kitten yoga events. This room is perfect for smaller business events ranging from 16-20 people. We can tailor your businesses event for you and make a package including other floors and the cafe as well. The Light loft is a Barre Studio and is available for small Dance practices. The large windows let in lots of natural light. Equipped with Its own sound system and nice light features the Light loft is the perfect place to have your next dance practice.

February 2024Love this studio in Sloane Square! I did my first reformer pilates class and the instructor and workout were great! The staff at the front desk was also very helpful in providing information about the studio. The coffee and banana bread that I had in the cafe is the best that I have had in London! I will definitely be back.

March 2024Vita Boutique Fitness is like a luxury but cosy studio at the same time. The classes are amazing and not to mention the coffee & food are delicious! Perfect spot to meet a friend and exercise together. Would definitely recommend!

March 2024Went for the bar, mushroom matcha is nice however the staff is not much prepared and some barista not very skilled in preparing the drinks.. also loyalty program apparently not in order - we used to go daily and the loyalty card was never stamped because of "no stamp around" and the online discount doesn't work as well.
