Seemed as though we were moved to an annexe part of the Hotel. Needed decorating/cleaning - supposed to be hot breakfast but because we actually had to walk through the rear garden, not surprised the bacon etc was cold. Not worth the money although staff were very attentive.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean room, perfect for a few days get away. Russell Square is a nice area as well. Breakfast was lovely. View from the room was of the garden area. Teas, and coffee in the room. Comfy bed, TV and trouser press. Bathroom was on the small side. I would return to this hotel for it's handy location.

Nit a nice place bedroom so bad you had to move the bed to get into the wardrobes, breakfast disaster expect you to go outside in the rain with your food to sit down and eat

Would have been great if they had given me a room where I booked. Was sent down the road

The staff in Hotel were Fantastic, from the minute arriving they couldn't do enough for us. Nothing was trouble and the team of staff in their are a credit to the Hotel chain!!! Special mention to Andrea the Assistant Manager and Amar, they both ensured our stay was perfect. Please don't overlook this hotel, for value for money and Location you will struggle to find better.👏. Please see photo below, lovely well presented garden terrace to the rear of the hotel. Very nice area to sit and relax upon return to your hotel or morning Coffee ☕.
