A really great experience here at the hotel. Warm welcome with a fantastic member of staff- Jade, I think- who was really informative and helped us with our questions. The hotel itself was clean and the room had lots of space. Night time was peaceful and had a great sleep. The view was amazing. Couldn't ask for anything else from a stay in Canary Wharf

Great stay. Warm welcome at reception. Hotel very modern and lots of space. Wonderful views from the room and the restaurant. Bed very comfortable, good size room and good walk in shower. Breakfast had a wide variety and was very yummy. Only bad thing were the staff at breakfast were very slow to act on any requests. However my wife needed a safety pin for her dress and we asked at reception and a female member of staff sorted out. Spot on! Location is great and we look forward to coming back!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The comfortable beds and quiet ambiance made for restful nights. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a highlight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to both adults and children.

Had a great one night stay here. Staff so friendly and helpful. Room immaculate and the view was amazing. I also loved the shower. Breakfast had great choice and fab location at the top of the hotel. It was a tiny bit further walk from the tube than ideal. But great walks around. We used the pool on arrival which was relaxing - small niggle in that there were no keys in the lockers except for 1 - and only 1 other person in the pool - so my friends and I had to squash our bits into 1 locker. I would stay here again very happily. (Although please note no sandals in the bar.....he said no flip flops - I was definitely wearing sandals!! Lol)

Amazing location for sightseeing London. We found a few stations within 10 mins walking distance. It’s nice and quiet area and I guess one of the safest area to stay in London. However, I got disappointed to the condition of the room - I might expect too much but this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. The room carpet has quite a lot of stains, the shower head was not clean enough and one of the bath towels had someone else’s make up/ foundation dirt’s.
