Cancellation policy
25% of all deposits paid is non refundable. Should the Client cancel the event with 60 days’ notice or more, 25% of the deposit paid will be chargeable, the remaining 75% will be refunded. Should the guest cancel with 30 to 59 days’ notice, 50% of the deposit paid will be chargeable, the remaining 50% will be refunded. Should the guest cancel with less than 30 days’ notice, 100% of the deposit paid will be chargeable, no deposit will be refunded.

March 2024Three nearby restaurants turned me away because I was alone, table for 1. Gaucho welcomed me with an incredible dinner experience. My cocktail was excellent, the Honey Punch. My appetizer was expertly crafted, the burrata. And my steak? Heaven! A 300g lomo fillet perfectly cooked to medium rare paired with a balanced, yet flavorful, béarnaise sauce. My waiter has perfect attention to detail, asked my allergies, and checked in often. When dining alone, you notice how the business is ran. Every staff member worked together cohesively like a well oiled machine to serve me and the restaurant filled on a Saturday night. 10/10. 5/5. I will be suggesting this restaurant to everyone I know visiting London and hope to be back in the near future. Cheers to this amazing staff!

January 2024We found this fantastic restaurant by chance on a day trip to London. We were very interested in the 3 course pre theatre menu (Which was great value for money) we were greeted at the day by a lovely happy lady and served by a great waiter called Alex. The food we chose was absolutely delicious from started to dessert. As a Stake lover the Rump was again amazing. Overall a fantastic experience which really made our day and we are really looking forward to coming back on our next trip to London. Thank you to all the staff for making this a memorable day out.

GET THE CHEESECAKE 😂 It’s literally the best thing I’ve ever tasted!! Christina’s service was amazing and treated my friends and I so well. Thank you Christina!
