    We were here for a charity event over a whole weekend. We felt very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful the price-performance ratio is completely fine. The lounge and bar area are open and friendly. The food selection was very good, especially the breakfast menu left nothing to be desired. The service staff always tried to fulfill all wishes, which was certainly not easy with over 200 guests at all times. A special thanks goes to Joe, the best waiter and bartender we have ever had. He not only served us but also entertained us very well. Thank you for that, please stay as you are, maybe see you soon

    First of all, I have to mention that we didn't stay at the hotel. We just stayed in the hotel all day because of an event. My rating only speaks for the location, the service, and the menu The hotel itself is in a great location, outside the center. From the airport you can reach the hotel using Uber in about 30 minutes. There are sufficient parking spaces available. Grocery store is within walking distance in about 10 minutes. The hotel lobby and bar is extremely bright and friendly. I can't comment on the room itself as we stayed elsewhere. All I can say about the service staff is: TOP!!!!! At an event with over 200 guests, the staff was always enganged to fulfill all wishes as quickly as possible. BIG SHOUT OUT TO All-rounder JOE (in particular needs to be mentioned by name). (I'm a fan of the first hour) Always trying hard and polite and always keeping a watchful eye, whether at the bar or when delivering the food. Even when he was obviously stressed, he couldn't be bothered and fulfilled every wish as well and quickly as he could. Always accompanied with a smile. Mostly internally 😉 – Dear Joe, thank you for your strong nerves, your kindness and above all patience with us wild chicks. 😊 (OMS6, April24) - Looking forward to see you soon :) The menu, which is available digitally at every table, is adequate. The food is fresh. The vegetables are crunchy. My steak was perfect 😉. And the pizza is world class. I can only recommend this hotel. Especially for day seminars and events of all kinds.     Amazing hotel would highly recommend. We had food here and were impressed by the level of service and food delivered by staff. In particular, Harry was professional and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

    Stayed here a couple of weeks ago. Hotel is fine, nothing too glamorous but it isn’t dirty or shabby. You can use the pool and sauna as well attached which is a nice touch. I have only given 3 stars because of the food and restaurant in honesty. You have to order off a tablet yourself and then get charged without a choice to pay 10% extra for the service as well - I am not against tipping but all the staff do is bring you your food and drinks - a lot of the time people tip because of the interaction they get with the actual server, which you don’t get at all here because of the tablet you have to use. Also the food came out too quick, you can tell when that happens it is not cooked fresh to order. It is a large chain so I appreciate it won’t be 5 star cuisine but it also wasn’t bad which is why I have gone for 3 stars. For what it is, the food is expensive also, I must admit. Could be better but not bad at the same time.

    Stopped by this hotel to use the charger and grab lunch. Disappointed with the restaurant. Battery powered tablets are on each table that force you to order everything through them, and forcibly adding 10% gratuity when you have no interaction with any staff member feels like a poor experience. Other review replies claim staff can remove this before ordering but there is no signposting of this anywhere and it is absolutely unclear to the customer. Restaurant was borderline empty, two members of staff were behind the bar but nobody could deal with the customer directly, simply pointing to the tablet on the tables. Staff were polite and pleasant. Hotel was quiet and clean. Food was good without being amazing, at a price approximately 30% higher than you would expect to pay at a basic to mid-tier restaurant. Good food but poor value.
