Great hotel which was perfect for our stay in Birmingham. Everything we needed was about a 25 minute drive away. Hotel has a pool and gym as well as restaurant and bar. Was very clean and staff were helpful. Parking was also included in the stay which was good. Breakfast was extra but we didn’t take that.

Great stopover on way to Wales. Super meal at restaurant in evening, highly attentive staff. Food really nice. Kids loved playing in the pool, shame jacuzzi was out of action but these things happen. Also super appreciated the kids little play area by the restaurant, clean, tidy and kept them busy for a good 30/40 mins. Breakfast great as ever. Kids especially loved the marshmallows 🤣🫣 (good job we were on holiday)! Only think that we noticed was that fruit wasn’t being replenished. My littlest would have loved more watermelon but it never got topped up once empty. Room was ok, tad smaller than we are used to for a family room but it worked fine for 1 night. Soda bed was ok for my littles but I think would be a big hard for teens. Overall a great stay. 😊

We had a lovely Easter weekend and stayed 3 nights as a group of 7. The hotel and staff were very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and modern with Smart TVs (access to Netflix). The breakfast has a large variety for all dietary requirements. The health club is open till late and has a large pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room which all were very relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be returning. There are shops and restaurants within driving distance to the hotel as well.

Stayed for two nights. Very pleasant hotel with excellent service from all members of staff at all times. Food at breakfast. Plentiful and evening meals good although not the widest choice to pick from. I would happily stay again and recommend this holiday Inn to everyone will stop

A really nice hotel. Holiday Inn hotels never fail, and this one hasn’t either. After 4 hours of the road, me and a family member decided to stay here as we enjoy the brand (and wanted to go for a swim in the morning before continuing our trip north.) Perfectly off the M6 (watch out for the world’s most confusing junction trying to leave the motorway for the hotel) you don’t hear any road traffic in the hotel at all. The car park was huge and easy to get to from the hotel. The staff on reception were polite - answered a few queries and gave us some treats for being IHG members. The room was okay - probably where my review loses some stars. Our air conditioning did NOTHING (room was stifling hot all night) and it kept turning off after 20 ish minutes. Our neighbours were extremely loud at night too and the hallway was busy (this was 2am, by the way..) So our sleep wasn’t great. The food was excellent though! In the evening, our meals were really tasty and perfectly made. The breakfast selection was huge and really tasty too. The pool was a usual HI pool - nothing special but a nice change. Busy of course but everyone is nice to one another and the pool is warm. No dryer for swim trunks which was slightly disappointing. Overall, a decent stay. Perhaps a stronger AC could’ve knocked my review up a star. Thanks for the stay!
