Great value for money, rooms were very clean and modern. Iris made us feel very at home on her first day working here. We will definitely be coming back.

The staff and service is always amazing, we was welcomed back with a complimentary drink off Marie-Ann and Alana who were super helpful and informative providing information about travel and public transport in the area. I’ve stopped at this hotel before where by I had a good experience, which has led to me returning again. Upon arrival I was greeted by a gentleman called Bahman who provided me with an excellent service. His attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The hotel within a great location of the city of Birmingham and is walking distance from the main attractions. The price isn’t bad either.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Super comfy beds, really clean rooms, powerful shower and gorgeous Rituals toiletries to use. The food was delicious and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will be back!
