Beautiful and clean hotel. Nice and helpful staff. The hotel is situated 2 min walk from Victoria Station and 10 to 20 min walk from most attractions. Room is big enough but the mini bar was just empty not even water so we had to ring to get some but not a big deal

We had a great time for our one night stay. We were going to a theatre very close by, so this was ideal for an overnight stay. The room was clean and staff were helpful and friendly, especially as we left our bags at reception both before check in and after we checked out. The arrival warm cookies are absolutely delicious and a nice surprise. We also used the digital key on our phone, which was a really good bit of technology, however, when we first arrived it would have been good if someone explained you need to use it to get the lift to work... that would have saved us a few minutes of confusion. Would stay again, although it is a little pricey, as are the bar prices.

Very poor service. There was an error with the booking meaning breakfast wasn't booked. I sorted this with reception the night before but was still told I hadn't paid for breakfast when I went down the next morning. Had to leave my breakfast part way through to go to reception again. No milk for tea and coffee in the room. Shower won't heat up properly. Staff really can't be bothered. Would have expected better from Hilton group, in fact normally get much better from budget hotel chains.

Disappointing to see stains on carpets, chewing gum found in my bed, shower leaked through door so wet through floor, shower door handle hanging off, extremely squeaky bed, red hot room and no working windows. It’s just not the standard I expected when booking a treat weekend away. I’ve honestly stayed in nicer places for far cheaper. I don’t ever complain but was never even asked at check out how my stay was either ☹️ Breakfast was lovely but wasn’t included so no bonus really! Wouldn’t choose to stay here again 😕
