Pros- great location, close to the station. Good break out spaces (when you're allowed in and not kicked out for 'filming'), reasonable sized private offices, front desk staffed most of the day, cleaners are good, nice decor Cons - very limited bike storage, no extra spaces for bikes in July before people have returned to the office after lockdown. (also reeks of urine everyday- don't let guests come with bikes). Aircon is constantly broken, small problems take weeks to get fixed, no microwaves (!?) in the kitchen and not allowed. Perhaps a good starter office or if you need in-between space for a couple of months

The worst office I have ever worked in. No functioning Air Con and no microwaves in communal areas. There is always 'someone coming to fix' the Air Con but it never gets sorted. Now it is the hottest week of the year and paying tenants are suffocating in the stuffiness. Awful. Pay a bit more and go to WeWork...

Really interesting building. Utilising office space for small medium sized businesses. Would suit changing world particularly as now more people working from home.
