Awesome hotel. One of the most polite and nice front desk staff I have come across in several years. A special shout out to Anndrea at the front desk! She is super helpful and always smiling. Wish there were more front desk staff like her at other hotelsGOOGLE REVIEW

This hotel is superb choice for a great stay in London. They have delightful views of Canary Wharf and the River Thames. All that you need is a quick taxi ride into Greenwich to enjoy the London experience with countless restaurants, pubs and shops. The staff is very hospitable. They even received us with a bottle of champagne and delectable macaroons. Afternoon tea at the 1st floor restaurant is A MUST. The full breakfast buffet is my personal suggestion… you will get your money’s worth. Five stars is not enough to rate the experience. The only downfall is that the jacuzzi wasn’t really hot, but despite the fact, our experience was lovely. Thank you, Intercontinental!GOOGLE REVIEW
Decent convention hotel with good AV setup. Rooms are spacious, staff friendly and courteous; just as you would expect from the InterContinental chain. Dropped one star for the convenience aspect. Since it's located somewhat remotely, you want be able to easily get a hold of daily essentials. Need some deodorant, a lighter or red bull? Enjoy a 30 minute walk. They should really consider adding a convenience kiosk of sorts.GOOGLE REVIEW
A really great place. Very comfortable, excellent service from staff who were constantly keen to assist their guests. We had a package deal that included a three course meal. Sometimes this would be a “second best” menu but not here - it was genuinely first class in both taste and presentation. Only downside is that it is a bit remote and hard to get to e.g. taxi from Heathrow was over £100. Also nowhere else to eat within walking distance.GOOGLE REVIEW

Unfortunately, if I could give this hotel 0 stars, I absolutely would. During our stay at the Intercontinental hotel at the O2 arena, we were verbally abused of a misogynistic and racial nature in the car park. Understandably, this was out of the hotels control. Both scared and anxious, when raising a complaint to the hotel, which we were doing to just notify them of the abuse so we could ensure no other guests had the same experience we had, we were told that we were the problem. We were absolutely heartbroken that a special weekend, at a supposed 5* hotel, had lead to a member of the security team dismissing our truly poor treatment, and had concluded from the fact we were 3 young females that this must have been our wrong doing. After identifying the man who had abused us verbally, he was then allowed to enter the hotel lobby (with us there), to validate his parking where he proceeded to berate us. We decided we were unhappy with the response from the hotel staff and therefore decided to speak with the senior management, including the hotel director about the matter. Unfortunately, whilst trying to explain the situation, the hotel director and his colleague laughed in our faces and told us that there is nothing they could do. No sincere apology, no morality and frankly a blunt display of misogyny. Young women are unsafe in this hotel. Our experience was not taken seriously. We were scared to leave the hotel yet forced to move the car and walk alone for 20 minutes in the dark when there was a raging loonatic outside. We felt belittled entirely about the matter. The incident I understand was completely out of the hotels control but their service and resolutions were unsatisfactory. I would urge anyone to please not book this hotel. There are other hotels, both cheaper and with far better customer service in London.GOOGLE REVIEW

The hotel itself was incredible and the room was fantastic. The pillows were to die for. The location right next to The O2 is so convenient, not only for events there but also for the shops, restaurants and other entertainment. There’s just so much in there. Although the receptionist was very nice and attentive, I was a bit underwhelmed by the service in the hotel bars. My partner wasn’t made to feel welcome and was made to feel embarrassed so quickly left. I was also disappointed with the quality of room service - specifically the pizza. For a high end hotel I expected far better quality food. I would certainly stay here again, but would hope that we got luckier with the staff on shift if we were to visit the bars.GOOGLE REVIEW
This is a lovely, very modern hotel. The staff are super nice and very helpful with anything that was needed. The rooms are very clean and really nice, they even had a U.S. outlet which was really handy. The only thing to be aware of is parking. If you're staying as a guest, use their parking garage. It still costs money but half of what it costs to park in O2 parking.GOOGLE REVIEW
We didn't stay at the hotel but had a really good experience at the spa. The facilities are really nice and clean. The massage was amazing. We had an issue with the offer when coming to payment but Sophie was really helpful and kind. Would love to return one dayGOOGLE REVIEW

Recently stayed here for work and loved this hotel. We stayed in the apartment style rooms and it was great, really big room overlooking the river with everything you need if you did want to cook something. Breakfast was also amazing, lots of choice and very tasty. It was included with our booking but one of the best we’ve ever experienced. Staff were also super friendly and helpful.GOOGLE REVIEW

Before I start, I think this hotel is amazing. The service was lovely and the location was awesome (next door to The O2). However........2 things which I didn't enjoy. 1) the room/corridor doors banged every time they were shut. People were returning all night which meant the doors were banging all night. 2) the pillows were far too soft. They took up so much space but had nothing too them. It was like I was being smothered. Apart from that, absolutely amazingGOOGLE REVIEW
