We stayed at the InterContinental O2 London for one night on 12/31, and overall, it was a very solid experience—especially considering it was a major holiday evening. The evening did start a bit rough. As an Ambassador member, I do expect at least basic acknowledgment when using a clearly designated Ambassador line. While I don’t expect special treatment, it was frustrating to see guests walking up from the side being assisted while a queue formed in the Ambassador line. If a dedicated line exists, it really needs to be managed intentionally—especially during peak periods like New Year’s Eve. That said, the rest of our stay more than made up for that initial hiccup. We received our upgrade to a high floor with a fantastic view of the O2 Arena and the Thames, which was absolutely lovely. While the room did show some signs of normal wear and tear, it was well maintained, fully functional, and comfortable—exactly what we needed. We had dinner at the Brasserie and truly enjoyed the experience. During service, we witnessed another table treating the staff quite poorly, and I was genuinely impressed by how professionally and gracefully the team handled the situation. One of the managers, in particular, was calm, confident, and clearly very skilled—an excellent example of leadership under pressure. Although this was just a one-night stay for our first night in London, we really enjoyed the property and the surrounding area. Even with the rocky start, the overall experience completely erased any lingering frustration. Thank you to the team for delivering thoughtful, professional service on what I know was a very busy holiday night.

Just had our first stay at this hotel. Pretty much excellent in every way. Staff were very good and very helpful. The food was great. Breakfast was superb. The rooms spacious, quiet and comfortable. Location was ideal for us as we were seeing a show in the O2 arena. Quick and easy to get into central London on an Uber boat. Also we had a great view from our room which was an added bonus. We literally can't fault this well run hotel. Thanks, we'll definitely be staying again. In fact we need to book for a show next year, so we will be in touch 👍

We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental London - The O2 from 17th to 20th April. From start to finish, the experience was truly enjoyable. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was perfect for our family with a 4-year-old. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-suited to our needs. The hotel staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. A special mention goes to the breakfast team, particularly Liji, who was exceptional. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and so kind with our daughter, which we really appreciated. It made our mornings feel relaxed and welcoming. The view from the breakfast location is amazing. The breakfast itself was excellent; fresh, hot, and with a great variety of options. We especially enjoyed being able to order freshly made eggs in addition to the buffet selection, which added a lovely touch to the experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would happily return and recommend this hotel to others.

A really great place. Very comfortable, excellent service from staff who were constantly keen to assist their guests. We had a package deal that included a three course meal. Sometimes this would be a “second best” menu but not here - it was genuinely first class in both taste and presentation. Only downside is that it is a bit remote and hard to get to e.g. taxi from Heathrow was over £100. Also nowhere else to eat within walking distance.

This is a lovely, very modern hotel. The staff are super nice and very helpful with anything that was needed. The rooms are very clean and really nice, they even had a U.S. outlet which was really handy. The only thing to be aware of is parking. If you're staying as a guest, use their parking garage. It still costs money but half of what it costs to park in O2 parking.

Awesome hotel. One of the most polite and nice front desk staff I have come across in several years. A special shout out to Anndrea at the front desk! She is super helpful and always smiling. Wish there were more front desk staff like her at other hotels

We didn't stay at the hotel but had a really good experience at the spa. The facilities are really nice and clean. The massage was amazing. We had an issue with the offer when coming to payment but Sophie was really helpful and kind. Would love to return one day

Decent convention hotel with good AV setup. Rooms are spacious, staff friendly and courteous; just as you would expect from the InterContinental chain. Dropped one star for the convenience aspect. Since it's located somewhat remotely, you want be able to easily get a hold of daily essentials. Need some deodorant, a lighter or red bull? Enjoy a 30 minute walk. They should really consider adding a convenience kiosk of sorts.
