Lovely hotel, the room was nice and clean, well decorated, decently sized and the bed was comfortable, the light switches were strange but ok once I figured them out. The service was great, everyone was friendly check in and out were both very easy. Great position in relation to the O2. The side access really helped when coming out the O2 with the 18,000 other people. The walk to the hotel from North Greenwich tube station was a little odd as it is through a quite an industrial looking area, would probably be easier if driving as parking looked good. Reasonably expensive, but that’s London and not badly priced compared with other places in the area.

This hotel absolutely exceeded every single expectation I had. The rooms look a lot smaller in the pictures, but once I got there I was pleasantly surprised with the setup. I must add thatthese hotel beds are the best hotel beds I've ever slept in. They are so comfortable and I had the best sleeps I've ever had in my life. I arrived a little early and the staff was very accommodating and let me check in about an hour or two early with no extra charge. The only thing I will say is that there is a £100 hold per night so keep that in mind if you're staying five nights that's going to be £500 ($700). The restaurant they have at the hotel served the best coffee I've ever had in my life and again the staff was just incredible. What I really love about this hotel as well is that it's connected to the O2 arena. So if you get bored or if you want to stop for a quick bite to eat, you can always just walk right to the O2 arena. The view of the River Thames was also incredible and with this hotel being right by the train you are connected to the entire city. This to me is the best hotel in London. You cannot go wrong, just book it!

Fantastic hotel set in possibly the best location in London, the direct access to the o2 made shopping easy and convenient. Parking was reasonable and right at the entrance. Our room was amazing with a view from directly above the o2, triple aspect windows so views all around the area. The room was a good size and very comfortable, comfy bed and very clean. Bathroom had both a twin shower and a separate bath. Breakfast choices were excellent with a wonderful open view of the river and finance district. Staff were very friendly and immediately courteous, desk service was swift. Location was great to travel into the city. Overall excellent experience and we will return.

Have stayed here twice and have been blown away both times. Rooms are beautiful, great attention to detail with the treats in the room, everything is clean and the facilities available are fantastic. The Spa in particular was a wonderful experience, the staff are so warming and knowledgeable, and the massage was 10/10. The breakfast has a fantastic selection, proper quality ingredients and you can order cooked dishes off a menu if you wish. Will definitely be back. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the staff are so friendly and will look after you. Was also very useful when I had a concert at the O2 as you could just go down this long corridor that connects to the O2, so no needs to go outside!

A really great place. Very comfortable, excellent service from staff who were constantly keen to assist their guests. We had a package deal that included a three course meal. Sometimes this would be a “second best” menu but not here - it was genuinely first class in both taste and presentation. Only downside is that it is a bit remote and hard to get to e.g. taxi from Heathrow was over £100. Also nowhere else to eat within walking distance.

Awesome hotel. One of the most polite and nice front desk staff I have come across in several years. A special shout out to Anndrea at the front desk! She is super helpful and always smiling. Wish there were more front desk staff like her at other hotels

This is a lovely, very modern hotel. The staff are super nice and very helpful with anything that was needed. The rooms are very clean and really nice, they even had a U.S. outlet which was really handy. The only thing to be aware of is parking. If you're staying as a guest, use their parking garage. It still costs money but half of what it costs to park in O2 parking.

Decent convention hotel with good AV setup. Rooms are spacious, staff friendly and courteous; just as you would expect from the InterContinental chain. Dropped one star for the convenience aspect. Since it's located somewhat remotely, you want be able to easily get a hold of daily essentials. Need some deodorant, a lighter or red bull? Enjoy a 30 minute walk. They should really consider adding a convenience kiosk of sorts.

We didn't stay at the hotel but had a really good experience at the spa. The facilities are really nice and clean. The massage was amazing. We had an issue with the offer when coming to payment but Sophie was really helpful and kind. Would love to return one day

We booked a spontaneous 3D2N stay at the InterContinental in London for my birthday weekend — a little “why not?” moment to celebrate. The views and location were lovely, but a few things made the stay feel less special than we hoped. We were initially told that breakfast would be £25 per person for the whole stay, but we were later charged £80, which felt disappointing and misleading. Some of the room essentials were missing too. After a small mishap with my dress, I couldn’t find a garment or sewing kit, and even basics like toothbrushes and toothpaste weren't provided — something I usually expect at a hotel of this level. At both breakfast and the Skybar, we were given the bill before we’d even finished ordering or eating. It left us feeling rushed and slightly uncomfortable, especially during what was supposed to be a relaxed birthday weekend. The shower leaked quite a bit, and we had to use multiple towels just to prevent the floor from becoming slippery. We were also surprised to find that parking was £52 per night, seemingly regardless of how long the car is actually parked — something to be aware of if you’re driving. Overall, it felt like we mainly paid for the view and the location rather than the full 5-star experience. I truly hope these details improve, because the hotel has so much potential to offer a genuinely memorable stay. Oh, forgot to mention the lovely housekeeper or room attendant who greeted us in the morning Nov 30 floor 14.
