Excellent location. Staff lovely, breakfast fabulous. Liked the late check out. Great hotel overall.

Friendly staff, lovely and welcoming atmosphere for marathon runners with a selection of food & drink on the morning for everyone travelling to the start line. Earlier breakfast, room extremely comfortable. Would have given five stars but for the fact we were woken up at 7am the morning after by a VERY noisy cleaner.

Beautiful and spotless hotel with modern and comfortable rooms. Super-quiet -- noticed no noise from outside or surrounding rooms. Very convenient and walking distance to sight-seeing in Greenwich and just steps away from the Overground connecting you to the city. Good, cooked-to-order breakfast. Hotel has noted for guests when traffic at breakfast could be heavy, and encourages guests to visit at quiet time to ensure social distancing.

Great customer service and a lovely quiet room on the 7th floor. Room was spotless and very comfortable and in a great location. We were given a little treat for our anniversary delivered to our room which was so nice and appreciated. We will definitely be back for our next visit to Greenwich !
