Doubletree By Hilton London Greenwich

I stayed for one night in a superb room on the 8th floor. The small gym was quiet and was more than adequate. I ate in the bar and enjoyed a great meal. The service throughout my stay was superb from the whole team and the hotel. I have booked to return in a few weeks

This was our second local stay in the past few months while we've had some building work done on our home. Last time we stayed at the Novotel around the corner but the DoubleTree is in my opinion the superior choice. The rooms aren't the biggest but well appointed, modern and clean. A bit dark and a few little signs of wear and tear but overall pretty good. But what I found stands the DoubleTree apart is the quality of their team. They're friendly, helpful and remember their guests. At reception, in the bar and at breakfast, we were met with an authentic greeting and friendly service. I was also able to work undisturbed in the bar during the day without issue. Thank you!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Henry, Ricardo, Wasim, and Edward for their outstanding service during my stay. The level of customer service has truly been above and beyond, and consistently intentional. We originally checked in for just one night, yet we have now stayed almost five , purely because of the exceptional experience created by this incredible team. Every interaction has been warm, professional, and genuinely people-focused. I have never experienced service of this standard before, and I am truly grateful. Henry deserves special recognition for his amazing cocktail-making skills and for going the extra mile to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for at all times. His attention to detail and personal touch made our stay even more memorable. I felt compelled to share this feedback in the hope that others reading it will be encouraged to stay at Greenwich and experience the same outstanding hospitality.
