Our O4 room can accommodate up to 100 guests as a reception set up or 50 guests for a dinner.

Where do I even begin? I was a little unsure about booking this hotel for our New Year celebration with my son, and when we first checked in, the room felt a bit small for my liking. However, everything in the room worked perfectly, and very quickly it all worked out beautifully. I originally booked only three nights, but after meeting this incredible team, I happily extended our stay for another two nights, that alone says everything. Our first impression was made by Richardo at the front desk. From the very beginning, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly well-mannered. He constantly checked in on us and went above and beyond, even when I arrived late for breakfast, he personally took me there and made sure I was still able to eat. That kindness truly meant so much. My son and I are usually very reserved when checking into hotels, but the food & beverage team completely changed that for us. They are, without a doubt, some of the most amazing people I have ever come across. The food was absolutely amazing, and I truly hope I didn’t finish all the Prosecco! Henri…… what can I say? My son rushed downstairs every single day just to see you. He couldn’t stop talking about you at all. You made such a special impact on him, and that means the world to me.🙏💙 He can’t wait to see you again. Eugene, thank you for the lovely room service. Dawood, you were so kind and patient with my son. Imran, thank you for always supporting me at breakfast, especially when I was running late. Marism and Francisca, you are both absolutely amazing. And my lovely Bianca, you are one of the sweetest souls I’ve ever met. To all the staff at the reception and the bar, I’m so sorry I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but please know that each of you plays a part in making this place truly special. This hotel is not just a beautiful place to stay, it’s the people who make it unforgettable. Huge credit to the hotel for building such a wonderful team. I recently had the pleasure of staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Greenwich, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. This trip was especially meaningful because I was celebrating my birthday and it was also my parents’ very first visit to the UK, so it was important for me that everything went well — and the team here made sure it did. From the moment we arrived, the Front Office team made us feel incredibly welcome. A special thank you to Romy, Bianca, and Saketh for their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. They were always approachable, helpful, and went the extra mile to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. The Food & Beverage team also deserves special recognition. Imran and Bianca provided excellent service — attentive, friendly, and always making sure we were well taken care of. Their hospitality really added to the overall experience. What stood out the most was how the staff made our stay feel personal and special. Celebrating my birthday with my parents in such a welcoming environment made the moment even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team at DoubleTree by Hilton Greenwich for your wonderful hospitality. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London and I look forward to returning again in the future.

My partner and I stayed here for a couple of nights for her birthday weekend. The room was small but relatively comfortable, although the opaque door from the bedroom to the bathroom seems like an odd choice to say the least. We had breakfast which although was decent, still came to £15 each with a discount. This didn’t feel good value for money as the hot options were very limited and overcooked. We also had dinner on our last night which was served in the bar/longe which seating didn’t really seem appropriate for a proper sit down meal. The menu options seemed pretty good although again were quite pricey. I ordered a gnocchi dish and my partner ordered a chicken curry. I unfortunately had to send back my dish which was borderline inedible due to an incredibly bitter sauce. I was met with indifference towards this complaint and had to wait a good 10 mins to be asked what I would like to order instead, with no apology or check back when I eventually got my new meal (a veggie pizza which was serviceable). Along with getting no apologies or even acknowledging of the issue the food I sent back was still charged for when my partner paid. Our checkout experience was also bizarre in being told we were going to be charged for room service when we hadn’t ordered any, and then being presented with a bill with no room service on it. This felt very pointless and was just odd, having felt like no one was really interested in doing their job properly. We were also not asked how our stay was which felt a very basic thing to miss too.

Important review of noise, quiet, good sleep is important for you. Noisy, lousy noise hotel and poor customer service by hilton. I booked family room for 3 and was given ground floor. The room facing the park and the birds in the park make a lot of noise start from 4am. my family and I cannot sleep. i explained to reception and said no solution and no room and it is not hotel fault as this noise is caused by external. I offered solution like upgrade, rejected. i offered solution like downgrade to single or queen room and i able to pay the difference, but rejected. Hilton wanted me to pay for full price for extra room. i paid 180 pound for family room per night, and i do not mind to pay additional for the difference to get 2 room which total should be around 218 pound. i going to stay at Hilton for 2nights in family room and 9nights in 2 single room. poor customer services. i was told the hotel have birds noise room or AC fan plant room which both are noisy. If you need to sleep well, pls book other hotel. Hilton name is bad, to have this type of hotel, they should install sound proof window. i think it is better to stay airbnb.
