We loved this place and the neighborhood!!! The room was really big, with a huge bathroom. My son was a big fan of the bathtub! We even had an ok size fridge that could fit a few salads and evening snacks. The service was really good! Very attentive staff! Both reception and housekeeping! We had an issue with the internet it took a day to fix it, but even so the reception team tried to fix it themselves before the technician was available. Thank you! That was really great since I needed wifi for work. Even though Greenwich is not in the city centre of London, connecting trains are easy to access, and the area is beautiful, peaceful with local pubs, cafes and the big park! Before staying in Greenwich we stayed in Central London, and it was so busy and messy, very uncomfortable. If you are a family, this area is a better choice! The only improvement can be the breakfast, it’s not bad, but is average english breakfast, I am a vegetarian, and the only option were eggs, mushrooms and fresh fruit and yogurt. There was some pancakes for my son, but I am more on the healthy side, so I felt that can be improved.

I stayed for one night in a superb room on the 8th floor. The small gym was quiet and was more than adequate. I ate in the bar and enjoyed a great meal. The service throughout my stay was superb from the whole team and the hotel. I have booked to return in a few weeks

Great Hotel, easy access to Dockland Rails about 5 m walk. The room we stayed was great. It is spacious and has fridge also. The bathroom is huge and the shower was amazing. The parking is £25 a day. That’s what it is in London. The parking is safe inside the hotel. It has a locked gate. The bed was huge and we had a great night sleep also. The only but we didn’t like was the breakfast. It’s basic and doesn’t taste as fresh. Overall we had a good experience. The welcome cookie was a nice touch at check in. Brilliant!

Good location, pleasant front desk staff, but tiny room with paper thin walls. We could hear the neighbours awake from 5am, chatting on loudspeaker and having sexy time at 5.45am (luckily only lasted 6 minutes), could even hear them brushing their teeth ffs! No option to pre book parking at the time of booking, and told the car park was full on arrival. Luckily we paid to park on the meter out the front which cost half the amount of their £25 as free between 4pm and 9am. We asked for an extra bed as booked for 2 adults and a teenager, which we got, but only got 2 mugs, 4 little milk sachets and 2 drinks each. Had to go down to reception and ask for more. Not worry the £205 I’m afraid.

Poor communication and customer service I accidentally booked the wrong date through Booking.com and immediately contacted the hotel directly to request a change. I called the hotel twice and also sent an email, which was received by their team. Since only the hotel could approve the change, I was waiting for their confirmation — but despite my efforts, no one was able to assist me, as apparently no manager was available. At 10:20 PM I finally received an email from the hotel declining my request. Given the late response, it was no longer possible to use the room that night or to change the guest names on the booking. A very disappointing experience, especially from a Hilton property.
