Set within the Hilton London Tower Bridge, Two Ruba
is more than just the hotel bar. By day, it has the air of
a relaxed coffee shop, then at night things get a little
hip. Champagne cocktails are a speciality, while small
plates and canapés created by the hotel’s executive
chef can be arranged to keep guests nourished. As
well as evening parties, more informal events with light
bites and snacks can be booked. Exclusive hire gives
you enough room for 200 guests. For a more intimate,
VIP vibe, there’s the Snug, where 30 people can party
to sounds provided by a DJ. Your own mixologist can
also be organised.

January 2024A lovely place to sit and read a book while getting good service. The tea was excellent but the apple crumble caught me by surprise and was literally one of the best crumbles with custard I have had at a restaurant or a bar. A lovely setting and highly recommended place to sit with a friend or have a quiet drink.
