The award winning Green House is a beautiful eco-friendly boutique hotel in the heart of Bournemouth that lives and breathes sustainability. The hotel opened in April 2010 to rave reviews and in November 2010 was named ‘Small Hotel of the Year’ at the Bournemouth Tourism Awards.
Just minutes from the white sandy beaches of Bournemouth, this privately owned Grade II Victorian Villa has been extensively renovated with an investment in excess of £5m, to prove that luxury travel and eco-consciousness can co-exist.
On the surface, this 32 bedroom hotel may appear to be the same as many other designer boutique style properties, its contemporary décor, tactile fabrics and quality natural materials including wood, metal and glass, complementing the light airy period rooms and gothic architecture.
Private Events Room : A large events room with a private bar, separate from the main hotel areas, which provides a private, versatile space for up to 100 guests.
Hire of any space includes complimentary car parking, wifi, & still and sparking water. The hotel is fully accessible with a lift serving all floors and there’s a private entrance so your guests won’t have to walk through the main hotel reception. CANCELLATION CHARGES EFFECTIVE FROM: 8 weeks prior to event Cancellation of entire event within the 8 week period running up to the event = 50% of total event due Cancellation of entire event within the 6 week period running up to the event = 75% of total event due Cancellation of entire event within 4 week period running up to the event = full payment of total event due Cancellation of individual rooms/delegates within four week period = full payment of that room/delegate If more than 10 rooms booked, one room per 10 may be canceled within a 48 hour period

A group of us ladies stayed at this lovely hotel last May. From the start to the end we were taken care of by the wonderful staff here. Breakfast and the 3 course dinner was great we had to compliment the chef on two occasions. The beach is just an 8-10 min. walk which is ideal. I will definitely be coming back and recommending to others. Thank you ☺️

My husband and I got married here yesterday and could not be any happier with how it went!! The staff are incredible - there is so much hard work that goes on behind the scenes, yet the service for every part of the day was faultlessly perfect and everyone was so welcoming and attentive. There is not a single thing they could have done better. The highlights: The price was very reasonable especially given the quality of food and service, and there were no hidden costs The food was delicious and served quickly, no long waiting around between courses. The day went seamlessly. Special shout out to Courtney for knowing exactly what do when and for guiding us through the day - every little detail was taken care of. The bridal suite - stunning, stunning, stunning. Each room and detail was impeccable - can’t fault the cleanliness, the beautiful grounds and lovely decor. We didn’t have to provide many decorations at all as the rooms are so elegant already, and the set up was done beautifully - the staff are experts! A huge, heartfelt thank you to every member of staff that contributed to such a perfect day. We are so glad we chose this hotel and can’t wait to come back and stay again!

A wonderful boutique hotel with superb eco credentials. You can expect a friendly welcome, very comfortable rooms, delicious food and great service. The staff go out of their way to help you. It’s a short walk into town or there is a bus stop nearby with frequent buses in both directions. There is also a car park with EV charging points. A code operated lift from the car park takes you into the hotel. There is an outside deck for sunnier days

I had an amazing 5 night stay at The Green House Hotel in Bournemouth, and from the moment I arrived to the day I left the staff throughout the hotel were amazing. Always friendly and available to help whenever needed. The hotel was very clean and my double room was exceptional. The bed was like a cloud and the shower had great pressure considering I was on the top floor; hot water whenever I used the shower. The hotel bar was a welcoming space and the Arbor Restaurant was an amazing experience for food and dining. Breakfast every morning never failed to impress. Fresh milk from Reception every day for your room with tea and coffee topped up daily. Only a short walk to the beach; uphill on the way back, and about 15 minutes to Bournemouth town centre. Some fantastic walks along the seafront and Boscombe is definitely worth a visit. I cannot fault this hotel and highly recommend it to any travellers heading to Bournemouth.
