The award winning Green House is a beautiful eco-friendly boutique hotel in the heart of Bournemouth that lives and breathes sustainability. The hotel opened in April 2010 to rave reviews and in November 2010 was named ‘Small Hotel of the Year’ at the Bournemouth Tourism Awards.
Just minutes from the white sandy beaches of Bournemouth, this privately owned Grade II Victorian Villa has been extensively renovated with an investment in excess of £5m, to prove that luxury travel and eco-consciousness can co-exist.
On the surface, this 32 bedroom hotel may appear to be the same as many other designer boutique style properties, its contemporary décor, tactile fabrics and quality natural materials including wood, metal and glass, complementing the light airy period rooms and gothic architecture.
Private Events Room : A large events room with a private bar, separate from the main hotel areas, which provides a private, versatile space for up to 100 guests.
Hire of any space includes complimentary car parking, wifi, & still and sparking water. The hotel is fully accessible with a lift serving all floors and there’s a private entrance so your guests won’t have to walk through the main hotel reception. CANCELLATION CHARGES EFFECTIVE FROM: 8 weeks prior to event Cancellation of entire event within the 8 week period running up to the event = 50% of total event due Cancellation of entire event within the 6 week period running up to the event = 75% of total event due Cancellation of entire event within 4 week period running up to the event = full payment of total event due Cancellation of individual rooms/delegates within four week period = full payment of that room/delegate If more than 10 rooms booked, one room per 10 may be canceled within a 48 hour period

Just went for another afternoon tea, food outstanding as always. Gluten free catered for without any problem. We'll without a visit, definitely recommend the Hot Cross Scone.

Perfect location. Loved how near it was to amenities (walking distance to town centre & beach front 10 min). Access to the hotel is on a quiet road, parking facilities onsite. We loved our room, high ceilings, lots of space, very clean, nice simple decor. Would have loved to have a bit of extra lighting in the bathroom should one wish to put some precision make-up on. That said, it was a lovely and welcoming stay. Staff incredibly helpful.

Very nice little boutique hotel in Bournemouth, close to the centre. We had an accessible room, which was spacious and a good bathroom with large walk in shower. The room was tidy and clean, and the service is very good. There is a comfortable lounge area with a bar to sit and have drinks. There is plenty of parking, and four electric car charging spaces as well. It is nice and quiet, set back from the road, with a garden area for sitting if the weather allows. I would go again.
