By hosting your event with us, you’ll be in the beating heart of cutting-edge innovation where a blend of industrial and contemporary design provides an inviting contrast between work and play. Whether you need a private boardroom, or buzzing bar for networking, we have the space for you, plus a dedicated onsite events team to ensure your event runs smoothly Cancellation policy: -Over two months: We will return the Deposit and all other Fees paid by You. -Between one to two months: We will retain the Deposit. All other Fees paid by You shall be refunded. -Less than one month: We will retain the Deposit. All other Fees remain payable and shall not be refunded (except in relation to any catering costs we can avoid which if you have already paid will be refunded).

Flooded with natural light, H2O can accommodate up to 60 people. This sound-proof space is perfect for confidential meetings, and its flexibility gives you a variety of options for seating layouts. Optional access to the mezzanine is available for catering, tea breaks or relaxing. An open and airy space, the mezzanine sits at the heart of the incubator, looking out over the atrium and the hub of activity. All of our event spaces are fully accessible, with a wheelchair accessible lift and level flooring throughout each floor. We also provide disabled and gender-neutral toilets, a quiet room for delegates who need a private moment, and the option for a hearing aid loop.
